二、从工作内容来看SAP运维顾问和SAP实施顾问的区别：

1、SAP运维顾问

SAP运维顾问，主要是解决SAP软件日常问题。需要负责信息系统的正常运行，系统问题的排查处理，业务流程的优化变更，二次开发等工作，包括SAP软件的升级、业务数据的备份、报表开发、错误处理、业务流程的持续改进等，它是与企业业务密切相关的。

2、SAP实施顾问

SAP实施顾问，主要负责从购买SAP起到使用SAP进行企业管理的上线过程。基本属于新上的项目，什么都是从无到有的过程。相当于需要根据不同企业不同的工作流程，来配置SAP系统，通过合理的系统，来使用SAP进行管理，也就是“客户化”的过程。过程包括项目立项，调研，蓝图设计，系统实现，用户培训，上线准备及上线，上线后支持等。

三、从工作特性来看SAP运维顾问和SAP实施顾问的区别：

1、SAP运维顾问

SAP运维顾问，因为主要负责软件的日常维护工作，类似企业的技术支持（以现场支持为主），在企业或客户单位内正常上班，处理SAP系统应用的问题，相对来说比较稳定。所以一般情况下是不用出差的，偶尔会存在去分公司进行出差的情况。

2、SAP实施顾问

SAP实施顾问，需要负责整个项目从无到有的过程，更偏向于前端业务，会跟各个部门的业务人员打交道，主动性更强。因为是以项目为单位，跟着项目走，会经常出差，所以相对于运维顾问来说，压力会更大一些。好处就是接触的业务类型比较全面，成长相对快一些。

总的来说，运维顾问大部分情况下只需要维护系统故障，增加一些新功能等。实施需要顾问根据业务流程，去搭建一个全新的系统。所以，实施一般会比运维累，也更强调工作能力。相应的，待遇也会优于运维。并且实施顾问往往可以替代运维工程师，反过来就比较难了。这就导致了很多SAP顾问，会先做几年外部的实施顾问来积累经验，然后再去企业内部做运维顾问。
