- 包装规格查询：可自定义查询条件和查询布局，可参考产品规格管理;

PLM system fine chemical R & D management serves the R & D department of chemical enterprises and is the source of enterprise informatization. PLM system forms the precipitation of enterprise product research and development technology, reduces research and development costs, and improves research and development production efficiency. PLM system can help enterprises research and design, improve the management of product structure and data, and track the change of relevant information. PLM system can accelerate and coordinate the exchange of information between enterprise departments to improve the efficiency of enterprise development!
PLM has various modules, including 1. Data Management 2. 3. Project Management 4. Change Management 3. Project Management 4. Data Modeling 5. Online Visualization 6. Data Modeling 5. Online Visualization 6. The Third Party System Integration also has some customized modules, such as:
Package specification management
Packaging design data management: define packaging design related drawing documents and packaging specification templates, refer to product specification management; PLMPLMPLMPLM
Packaging material standard data management: define the standard list of multilevel packaging materials, define different standard list layout and related structured information; PLMPLMPLMPLM
Packaging specification query: can customize the query conditions and query layout, can refer to product specification management;
Customized query of packaging specifications: automatically generates reports, which can be screened and compared with parameters (including all parameters of SPEC); PLMPLMPLMPLM
Finished product packing volume calculation: pallet arrangement and specification data for each box and each layer;
Orthogonal experiment
Orthogonal experiment design is an efficient, rapid and economical experimental design method. Some representative points are selected from the comprehensive experiment to carry out the experiment. These representative points have the characteristics of “uniform dispersion, neat and comparable”. Through the system of business and process orthogonal system, accelerate the orthogonal research and development process.
