一、MES和ERP的系统定义
MES英文全称：Manufacturing Execution System即制造执行系统，也叫SFC(Shop Floor Control)系统。从字面上看就知道，MES系统是和制造相关的系统，是用来管理生产活动的系统。
ERP英文全称：Enterprise Resource Planning企业资源计划，主要用于做进销存，功能全面一些的ERP整合了应收付的功能(大多公司应收付选择用别的财务管理软件)。
二、MES和ERP系统的应用面有什么不同？
1 .MES的应用面
MES应用于生产制造过程中，也就是在产品生产环节中，通过给每个产品一个独立的身份—条码来进行管理。
产品在经过预先设立的扫描管控点时，必须扫描产品条码过站，如果前一工站没有进行扫描，产品流到后一工站是无法扫描过站的。
当整个产品生产完成，我们就可以从MES系统中清楚的看见产品在各种工站的过站、测试状况。
2 .ERP的应用面
ERP系统主要用在公司资源整合上。公司资源怎么理解呢？听起来很宽泛，这里特指工厂生产用的原材料、库存、人力这些资源。
看看ERP的作业流程，理解起来就更容易一些。
简而言之，MES系统用生产制程中，能清楚地记录每个工序的情况。ERP系统则是为后续的生产服务，提供生产材料的管理。

When the entire product production is completed, we can clearly see the station and test status of the product in various stations from the MES system.
2. Application of ERP
ERP system is mainly used in the integration of company resources. How to understand corporate resources? Sounds very broad, here refers to the factory production of raw materials, inventory, manpower and other resources.

In short, the MES system can clearly record the situation of each process in the production process. ERP system is for the subsequent production services, to provide management of production materials.
