进入7月,是炊具行业传统的淡季,但在爱仕达股份有限公司8号厂喷涂车间,却是一番忙碌场景,一批批明星产品——金刚旋风无油烟锅正进入最后一道喷涂工序。
爱仕达股份有限公司8号厂副厂长吴精华说:“每个月我们的产量能够做到二三十万个,现在订单还行,现在的订单我们已经排到年底差不多了。”
热销国内外市场的金刚旋风无油烟锅,历经8次迭代创新,凭借独特的高耐磨等优势,占据炊具市场经久不衰。
爱仕达股份有限公司研发部经理张辉说:“已经十五六年的迭代,我们现在是第八代的一个产品,我们注入了很多新的工艺,耐磨可以达到150万次。”
爱仕达股份有限公司成立于1978年,是一家集 厨房小家电、炊具、家居用品 研发、制造、销售于一体的行业龙头企业。为加快创新研发,企业深化国际合作,每年用于研发的资金投入高达8000多万元。
张辉说:“最终通过不断地研发,我们打造了全球最大的炊具制造商,在炊具行业形成一个最大的竞争力。”
如今,爱仕达的明星产品连续多年保持 全球市场占有率第二、国内市场占有率第一。
产品迭代升级,离不开生产线的持续改进。在爱仕达3号厂不锈钢抛光线上,自主研发的50台机器人取代了人工作业,仅需22秒就能完成一口锅26道抛光工序。
张辉说道:“通过我们自主研发的机器人, 投入到生产车间,实现了机械换人、少人化的一个操作,实现了我们生产效率提升22.5%,产品开发周期缩短34.8%。”
借助自主研发的机器人智能制造平台,爱仕达在汽摩配件、厨房炊具、五金电器、工程机械等行业,都构建了完整的系统解决方案,并已广泛应用。
爱仕达股份有限公司副总经理陈灵巧说:“在未来,我们还是会加大研发的一个投入,就是提升产品品质质量,推动整个产品的迭代更新。”
现在,爱仕达的智能制造已经渗透到生产的各个环节。2021年,爱仕达“未来工厂”建成投用,工厂使用近500台钱江机器人、1000余条成套自动化智能生产线,通过数字化协同仿真、多源数据融合等新一代信息技术的应用,实现了三大基地十几个分厂之间的生产协同。
陈灵巧表示:“爱仕达的未来工厂,不断地推进产学研一体化的建立,通过不断地技术创新、研发创新,推动整个标准化的建立。”
爱仕达智能工厂投产一年来,生产效率提高了22.46%,产品研制周期缩短34.8%以上,产品不良品率降低37.8%,能源利用率提高21.1%。
此外,爱仕达还为一般工业企业提供智能制造解决方案,2021年曾服务企业近百家,实现对外输出服务 销售收入达4亿元。

Product iteration upgrade is inseparable from continuous improvement of production line. On the stainless steel polishing line of Ashta No. 3 factory, 50 self-developed robots replace manual work and can finish 26 polishing procedures for a pot in just 22 seconds.
Zhang Hui said: “Through our self-developed robot, put into the production workshop, realized the mechanical replacement, less human operation, realized our production efficiency increased by 22.5 percent, the product development cycle shortened by 34.8 percent.”
With the help of self-developed robot intelligent manufacturing platform. Astra has built complete system solutions in automobile and motorcycle accessories, kitchen cookware, hardware and electrical appliances, engineering machinery and other industries, and has been widely used.
“In the future, we will still increase the investment in research and development. Which is to improve the quality of the product and promote the iteration of the whole product,” said Chen Lingqiao, deputy general manager of Ashta Co., LTD.
Now, Asalta’s intelligent manufacturing has penetrated into every link of production.
In 2021, the “Future Factory” of Ashta was completed and put into operation. The factory uses nearly 500 Qianjiang robots and more than 1,000 complete automated intelligent production lines. Through the application of digital co-simulation, multi-source data fusion and other new generation information technology.
