据悉，今年7月，龙湖集团结合自身实际成立地产开发、商业运营、租赁住房、智慧服务、房屋租售、房屋装修等六大航道业务；集团总部轻量化设置，战略发展、人力资源、财务、法务等职能部门垂直管理，更名为集团赋能平台；各航道业务及投资、产品研发、运营、成本等核心部门由各大区域公司管理，在集团层面，每个航道业务又分别由一名副总裁分管，形成了扁平化、矩阵式的管理体系架构。
