2017年4月时任工业和信息化部部长苗圩会见了阿富汗通信和信息技术部代理部长萨达特。
据德国《莱比锡人民报》消息：萨达特现在是配送平台Lieferando的员工，每天骑着自行车送披萨。
从政府部长到外卖小哥，大起大落的人生实属刺激。但就萨达特找到的这份工作来说，其实已算得上是很不错。外卖原先在德国发展不起来，但受20年疫情影响，这个行业突然火爆了起来。

Lieferando’s parent company, Just Eat Takeaway Takeaway, reported sales of 2.4 billion euros in 2020, up 50% from 2019, and now has nearly 100 million active users worldwide.
Although Sadat’s work was ordinary toil, his annual salary of 19,200 euros, or about 150,000 yuan, at the German minimum wage of 1,614 euros, was also much higher than the average income of Afghans, about 70 percent of whom now live on less than $2 a day.
Even former President Ghani’s legal salary is $13,400, less than Sadat delivering food in Germany.
