而就在不远处的操作室，工作人员坐在计算机前监控各类生产数据，控制这个车间的运行，大荧幕上各项运行指标、生产绩效一目了然，实时动态更新。相关负责人表示，“工作人员在操作室喝着咖啡，动动指尖即可完成工作，就像智能驾驶一样，不用驾驶员搬方向盘，只需在旁边监控即可。”

不难看出，智慧化、数码化、自动化是“灯塔工厂”最显著的特点。
