一个团队是否业绩出色，是否斗志昂扬，是否尊规守纪，归根到底不在于员工有怎样的素质、能力和态度，而在于管理者有怎样的管理方法和管理力度，在于管理者是富有力量的“狮子”，还是弱不禁风的“绵羊。想要成为好的管理者，就必须先从自己个人开始进行整理，而不是上手先把事情压到团队里，甚至毫无计划地开启工作事项，一旦这么做了，员工就会立马感觉到管理者其实是没有条理与章法地去拆解工作事项，然后产生不信任感。
