“福建有一首经典的闽南歌曲《爱拼才会赢》，其中有句歌词是‘三分天注定，七分靠打拼’，体现了闽商奋斗精神。”在3月10日上午全国政协十四届二次会议第三场“委员通道”集体采访活动中，全国政协委员，九牧集团党委书记、董事长林孝发有感而言。
晋江是福建省泉州市一个县级市，经济实力连续29年在全省领跑。作为来自“晋江经验”诞生地的民营企业家，林孝发被问及民营企业的发展体会、新时代如何更好践行“晋江经验”以促进民营经济高质量发展等相关话题。
林孝发表示，泉州是一座“睡不着”的城市，“拼”字已融入民营企业家血液，一大批民营企业、国潮品牌在这里崛起，并走向世界。他介绍，在“晋江经验”的指引下，20多年来，福建人均GDP翻了10倍。民营企业贡献了福建省七成以上的税收、八成以上的就业机会和九成以上的经营主体。
35年前，林孝发从2万元、2个人开始创业，他一直住在工厂宿舍。“我认为，企业家艰苦奋斗精神一定不能丢。九牧从普通厂房，再到全球首创绿色灯塔工厂，实现了智能化、数字化转型。我们专注创新，创造了上万个发明专利，让中国产品走向全球。我们坚定信念，依靠自主创新，从0到1、从弱到强。像我们这样的企业，在福建还有很多。”林孝发说。
他还告诉记者，福建全省七成以上的科技成果都是由民营企业创造，八成以上的国家级企业技术中心都在民营企业，九成以上的高新技术企业都是民营企业。
“这些成绩得益于我们党和国家坚持‘两个毫不动摇’，为民营企业营造良好的创业环境，让民营企业安心创业、放心做事、大胆投资！”林孝发表示，面对高质量发展的新征程、新任务和新要求，民营企业家要弘扬“晋江经验”，要发扬“宁愿睡地板也要做市场”的奋斗精神，脚踏实地做好每一件事，坚信中国经济发展一定会更加光明。
