1月11日，河南数据集团揭牌仪式暨Eathink数字生态伙伴大会在郑州举行。河南省委常委、常务副省长孙守刚为河南数据集团有限公司揭牌。
在揭牌仪式上，河南省政府国资委党委书记、主任李涛致辞称，为全面实施数字化转型战略，全方位打造数字强省，省委省政府决定成立河南数据集团。
记者现场了解到，数据集团将承担起河南省“数据基础设施的建设者、数据资源和产品的供给者、数据产业生态的培育者、数据要素市场的构建者和数据安全的保障者”使命，推动全省政企数据高度融通、公共数据全面接入，实现重点领域数据价值化应用走在全国前列，打造中部地区领先的数据科技公司，服务数字强省战略及河南实体经济发展。
数据是数字经济时代的关键生产要素，是决定国家竞争力的重要变量。党中央、国务院高度重视数字中国建设，河南省委省政府把加快实施数字化转型战略作为“十大战略”之一。在李涛看来，河南数据集团的成立，标志着“数字豫军”加快落子成势，河南数字产业生态版图进一步补齐。
对于接下来，李涛表示，省政府国资委将坚决贯彻落实省委省政府重大部署，全力支持河南数据集团发挥龙头引领作用，全链条壮大核心产业，全面提升河南数字经济发展能级，构建全国算力高地，为实现“两个确保”、推进中国式现代化河南实践提供强劲动能和数治支撑。

The reporter learned on site that the Data Group will undertake the mission of “data infrastructure builder, data resource and product provider, data industry ecology educator, data factor market builder and data security protector” in Henan Province, promote the highly integrated data of government and enterprise in Henan province and the comprehensive access to public data, and realize the value application of data in key fields to be in the forefront of the country. To build a leading data technology company in central China, to serve the strategy of digital strong province and the development of Henan’s real economy.
Data is a key factor of production in the digital economy era and an important variable that determines national competitiveness. The CPC Central Committee and The State Council attach great importance to the construction of digital China, and the Henan Provincial government has taken accelerating the implementation of digital transformation strategy as one of the “Ten strategies”. In Li Tao’s opinion, the establishment of Henan Data Group marks the acceleration of the “digital Henan Army” and the further replenishing of Henan’s digital industry ecological map.
As for the next step, Li Tao said that SASAC of the provincial government will resolutely implement the major deployment of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, fully support Henan Data Group to play a leading role, strengthen the core industry of the whole chain, comprehensively improve the development level of Henan digital economy, and build a national computing power plateau. It will provide strong driving force and numerical support for realizing the “two guarantees” and promoting the practice of Chinese modernization in Henan Province.
