今天下午，CXO UNION某会员透露：一手创建了企业办公龙头平台钉钉的无招，已经辞去阿里巴巴集团CEO张勇助理的职位，进行创业。
之前钉钉的创建班底都可能加入到创业团队里面去。
钉钉是阿里巴巴在政企数字化服务领域的重大建树之一，另外一个重大建树为阿里云。
钉钉于2014年上线，钉钉用户数破4亿，各类组织数超过1700万。虽然用户远超阿里云，但营收在阿里云面前一直是小弟。
随着阿里云18年营收增加至247亿，阿里内部开始考虑将营收较低的钉钉纳入阿里云的体系内。19年和20年阿里云营收增加至400亿和600，在营收相比较下钉钉的存在感进一步降低。2020 年 9 月，独立的钉钉公司彻底变为阿里云钉钉事业部，由阿里云智能总裁张建锋（行癫）直接管理，原阿里钉钉CEO 陈航（花名：无招）离任钉钉，担任阿里巴巴董事会主席兼 CEO 张勇（逍遥子）的助理。
外界一直有无招离开阿里巴巴的传言，这次终于落地。工商局公开信息表明，6月28日，两氢一氧（杭州）数字科技有限公司成立，法定代表人正是陈航，其他几名股东分别为：原阿里钉钉副总裁任卿（花名：易统）、原阿里钉钉市场部负责人甘聪、以及原阿里钉钉首席架构师、CTO朱鸿（花名：一粟）。
据金融圈内部消息，创业方向为跨境出海领域，目前在资本市场已经有投资方给出上百亿的估值，不少资本方为了尽早入局还要托关系。
