为期两天的ECIO 2020华东CIO大会在上海顺利召开。本次大会两天共五大会场。主会场上大咖云集共享共论“数字化智能化新未来新探索”。分会场上各类行业大咖汇聚，就“流程与变革”、“新技术与创新”、“智造与互联”、“安全与基础架构”四大主题进行交流探讨。
本次大会云集了江浙沪等东部沿海地区的CIO参加，总计超过3000人注册报名，是一次规模巨大的行业盛会，促进了疫情后期的行业交流。
菲尼克斯副总裁江世民受邀出席了本次峰会，并发表“智能工厂里的数字供应链”的主题演讲。

智能工厂是一个有更好的模型，能够更好的优化，能够满足市场的各种要求的解决方案。我们希望智能工厂实现生产自动化，能够让车间变得更加透明。能够让过程是可追溯的，同时，成本以及内部的快速响应都能够通过智能工厂的建设实现。但是实际上，管理依然非常的复杂，计划的调度依然非常的困难。
一家智能工厂不断的去推进自己的连接，产生更多的数据，从自身开始做起，使得产业链上面能发现更多的一些新的价值洼地，使得我们在智能工厂有外溢现象的出现，从而更多的机会整合产业链。
一、智能工厂
智能工厂未来第一的目标就是实现可靠的交互，工厂里面生产1万种产品，1万种产品都是批量。怎么样确保产品的质量，同时交期能够得到保障，生产成本可以控制在更好的范围之内，供应链有更多的韧性。数字化的车间在生产设备上面有更多的自动化，但这并不是说全部的自动化，而是适应自动化，既有全自动化，也有半自动化，也有这些新产品导入时候需要用到的一些产线。加上供应链研发，绿色能源，基本上构成了整体的规划。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
智能工厂真正的价值体现在供应方、需求方在未来的时间轴上面快速的协同。这个能力远远大于设备的预测性维修带来的价值。
二、供应链2.0再设计
再设计的起点是从精益开始，包括数字化车间，包括在工厂里面的物流系统，供应模式。然后再加上上下游产业链上面，怎么样做的更加可以感知，可以预测，可以调节。这其中非常关键的一点就是数据，因为大量的连接产生了更多的数据，使得供应链在原先我们想做但是没有技术去实现的这些诉求都变成一种可能。所以说整个价值链的可视化，使得有更多的这种手段，可以做更多的集成。然后从传统的供应链走向数字供应链，进一步走向数字的价值链，数字价值的网络。
供应链这个领域开始越来越多的跟生产调度、计划协同紧密联系在一起。同时也与更多的人工智能的应用结合在了一起，不管是低端一点的应用，还是一些预测领域，现在也是在用更多的算法，使得预测变得更好。数字化供应链要聚焦在客户价值创造这一块。不管是在营销侧的这些部门，还是在内部运营的这些部门，全部都转向到了解更多的客户的需求。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

Smart factory is a better model, can be better optimized, can meet the various requirements of the market solution. We want smart factories to automate production and make the shop floor more transparent. It allows the process to be traceable, and at the same time, costs and rapid internal response can be achieved through the construction of smart factories. But in practice, management is still very complex, scheduling is still very difficult.
A smart factory constantly promotes its own connection, generates more data and starts from itself, so that more new value depression can be found on the industrial chain, so that we have spillover phenomenon in the smart factory, so as to have more opportunities to integrate the industrial chain.
Intelligent factory
The future First goal of smart factory is to achieve reliable interaction. The factory produces 10,000 kinds of products, 10,000 kinds of products are in batches. How to ensure the quality of products, delivery time can be guaranteed, production costs can be controlled in a better range, the supply chain has more toughness. The digital workshop has more automation in the production equipment, but this is not to say all automation, but adaptive automation, both full automation, and semi-automation, and some production lines need to be used when these new products are introduced. Plus supply chain research and development, green energy, basically constitutes the overall plan.
The real value of the smart factory lies in the rapid collaboration between the supply side and the demand side on the future timeline. This capability far exceeds the value of predictive maintenance of equipment.
