一、星云奖N-Award-中国数字化转型领军企业评选简介
产业数字化转型是指在新一代数字科技的支撑和引领下，以数据为关键要素，以价值释放为核心，以数据赋能为主线，对产业链上下游的全要素数字化升级、转型和再造的过程。产业数字化有以下内涵：一是以数字科技变革生产工具；二是以数据资源为关键生产要素；三是以数字内容重构产品结构；四是以信息网络为市场配置纽带；五是以服务平台为产业生态载体；六是以数字善治为发展机制条件。
为总结和推广国内各个产业在数字化转型的典型案例和成功经验，树立标杆和榜样，SUC将发起并联合各专业机构与行业意见领袖、专家于2020年2月启动“中国数字化转型领军者”“中国数字化转型创新者”系列评选活动，推广经验，激励先进，希望获奖企业可带动本产业运用先进数字化手段，进一步深化产业内在数字化、智能化方面的应用。

五、星云奖N-Award-中国数字化转型领军企业参选方式
1.发主题为“名字+企业+参加评选”邮件到award@cxounion.cn获取评选资料表格。
2.扫码添加工作人员微信(微信号：SUCCXO），获取评选资料表格，并及时填写完毕后，将所有申请资料发送到官方邮箱award@cxounion.cn。
六、星云奖N-Award-中国数字化转型领军企业重要须知
1.若未在预计收件日期后的2个工作日内收到确认邮件，请与组织与评审机构联系。
2.申请表格中的所有资料均将严格保密，并仅供组织与评审机构CXO联盟及评审委员会于评选过程中使用。
3.只有获奖者的名单才予公布。当收到所有申请资料后，组织与评审机构将根据申请表格中的资料对申请企业进行全面评估，提交报告供评审委员会评议。
4.评审委员会将通过严格的选拔程序，确定最终获奖者名单。
七、星云奖N-Award-中国数字化转型领军企业评选过程
为保证评选的公正性和客观性，本次评选全过程不收取任何费用，SUC将秉承“专业、公正、公平、公开”的原则，面向社会公开征集参评内容，由单位和个人进行推荐或自荐。
1、初步审核材料；
2、申请材料信息隐私化处理；
3、引入学术界论文评审办法，进行同行评审，评审材料随机发给5-10名CXO进行打分，需超过半数以上CXO认可，再转给评审委员会审核。
八、星云奖N-Award-中国数字化转型领军企业颁奖典礼
评选结果将在2021年4月上海举行的“中国数字化转型创新展”上颁布，并向获奖单位和个人颁发奖杯和证书。届时还将邀请获奖企业CXO分享他们在相关产业数字化推进工作中的实践、经验和体会。会后，组织方将做专题报道，再次进行宣传和推广。

Nebula N-Award- Introduction to the selection of China’s digital Transformation Leaders
Industrial digital transformation refers to the process of digital upgrading, transformation and reconstruction of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain with data as the key element, value release as the core, and data empowerment as the main line under the support and guidance of the new generation of digital technology. N-Award- Important Information for leading digital transformation enterprises in China
- If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 working days after the expected receipt date, please contact the organization and review body.
- All information in the application form will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used by the organization, the judging body CXO Alliance and the Judging Committee in the selection process.
- Only the names of the winners will be announced. After receiving all the application information, the organization and the evaluation body will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant enterprise according to the information in the application form, and submit a report for the evaluation committee.
