第五届华东CIO大会&2023中国数字化转型展将在8月19-20日盛大召开，第五届华东CIO大会将以“重建信心、重构观念、重启变革”为核心主题词，将汇聚全球五百强、中国五百强、华东地区各省百强等中大型企业CIO，共同交流与探讨管理创新&数字化转型。
The 5th East China CIO Conference &2023 China Digital Transformation Exhibition will be held on August 19-20, the 5th East hina CIO Conference will be “rebuild confidence, rebuild ideas, restart change” as the core theme, will gather the global 500, China 500, East China province 100 and other large and medium-sized enterprise CIO, Exchange and discuss management innovation & digital transformation.
一、发言嘉宾GUEST
谢寳财先生，现任立邦涂料中国流程IT总部副总裁，负责业务流程，数智化，数据应用的架构规划，建立高绩效团队，流程IT技术和业务双轮驱动，通过组装式流程IT业务能力，创新业务模式，提高能效和盈利能力；谢寳财先生曾先后服务于金佰利中国，群邑广告中国，亿滋国际大中华/亚太区及Microchip亚太区，具有不同行业的流程IT转型实战经验；谢寳财先生在立邦任职期间，建立流程IT治理体系，逐步推动生态全要素数智化，以用户价值为中心，构建专属于涂装行业的数字经济能力。
二、公司介绍COMPANY
立邦中国隶属于新加坡立时集团。立时集团是一家涂料制造与服务商，由祖籍潮州的吴清亮先生于1962年创立。1990年中国与新加坡正式建交，同年，立时集团开始筹划进入中国。“立邦”的命名来自吴清亮先生，寓意着“建立邦交”。
1992年作为较早进入中国市场的涂料跨国企业，立邦在中国注册成立第一家公司。立邦中国区总部设立于上海，在全国拥有超过70家生产供应链基地，员工约1.1万人。
