建龙集团携手北京科技大学共建“绿色钢铁智能冶金创新中心”

12月28日,北京建龙重工集团有限公司(简称建龙集团)与北京科技大学共建“绿色钢铁智能冶金创新中心”(简称创新中心)合作协议在京签署。

近年来,建龙集团与北京科技大学在学科研究、人才培养等领域一直保持了良好的合作传统和基础。为进一步巩固双方合作关系,本着双方“让绿色和智能成为钢产品的重要元素组成”的共同意愿,实现各自的战略目标和高质量发展,双方决定共建“绿色钢铁智能冶金创新中心”。

该创新中心将以共同研发炼钢、轧钢、深加工、检化验等领域的绿色、智能化重大原始创新技术和前沿技术应用为目标,在低碳-绿色-减量化技术、高性能-长寿命产品制造技术、数字化-信息化-智能化技术、引领冶金行业发展的重大原始创新技术,以及培养一流技术创新能力的专业人才等方面展开合作。

依托该创新中心,双方将针对建龙集团各钢铁子公司的创新需求,以张榜、揭榜方式开展订单式科研项目合作。目前,该创新中心已确定了首批12个重点研究课题,并按计划启动实施。

北京科技大学副校长张卫冬表示,作为创新中心校方主任,他将带领北科大科研团队,与建龙集团密切结合,运行好平台,管理好科研项目,落地双方标志性研究成果,为将北京科技大学打造成为世界冶金材料科研中心,助力建龙集团成为低碳绿色发展的引领者做出贡献。

中国工程院院士、北京科技大学终身教授毛新平对建龙集团在创新中心组织结构、运行模式和人才培养等方面所做的创新性探索给予了充分肯定。他指出,在钢铁行业转型的过程中,创新是重要要素。他希望双方可以以高效的激励机制激发研究团队积极性,围绕技术难题持续攻关,实现研发成果产业化应用,为行业发展做出贡献。

北京科技大学校长杨仁树向建龙集团一直以来对北京科技大学的支持表示感谢。他希望通过本次共建创新中心平台,双方可以进一步加强合作,开展科研项目研究,实现校企双赢。他表示,北京科技大学有责任同建龙集团做好“科技创新”与“培养人才”合作模式,为建龙集团在国际化布局过程中,培养高水平的专业化人才。

北京科技大学党委书记武贵龙表示,北京科技大学将全力支持该创新中心的建设,他相信以毛新平院士为首的科研团队同建龙集团高效敬业的工作精神,必将使该平台健康可持续发展。他指出,北京科技大学将围绕该创新中心提出的定向招生、跨界培养等人才培养方面的要求,解放思想,进行政策性梳理,充分发挥自身掌握的国际高端人才资源优势,探索在境外共建冶金学院的可能,使合作取得更大成效。

建龙集团董事长、总裁张志祥希望双方依托该创新中心平台,保持双方合作的稳定性和持续性。在科研合作方面,依托一流的科研团队,围绕重大原始创新课题,高起点、高规格建设创新平台,建龙集团愿在共同实验室、中试基地建设、人才联合培养等方面倾力投入。在人才培养方面,希望北京科技大学结合企业人才需求,发挥自身优势,打破原有学科限制,进行跨学科的人才定向培养。在“一带一路”沿线国家,结合企业的海外布局,双方可以联合探索建设冶金院校,培养国际化的冶金专业化人才。
