我国已建立起全球范围内规模最为庞大、门类最为齐全、配套最为完善的工业体系,但我国工业总体仍处于全球价值链中低端,正处在由制造大国向制造强国转变的关键时期。同时,我国劳动年龄人口逐渐减少,以人口红利为基础的传统制造业原有优势逐渐消失。以机器代替人工作为主要劳动力的模式迎来发展机遇,以智能检测装备代替人工检测趋势已逐渐显现。

与美日欧等工业发达国家和地区相比,我国智能检测装备行业起步较晚,业内企业大多规模较小,产业面临技术基础薄弱、高端供给不足、产业体系不完善和应用生态不健全等难题,部分重点行业及应用场景“测不了、测不全、测不准”的痛点难点大量存在,已成为智能检测装备深入发展的关键短板,迫切需要提升供给能力和水平。随着智能检测装备需求日益增加,新技术新产品竞相涌现,产业呈现快速发展势头,为抓住智能检测装备产业发展机遇,需要从标准引领、场景驱动、平台服务、集群建设和人才培养等方面加快发展。 数字化转型网(www.szhzxw.cn)
