作为国有六大行之一,邮储银行行长刘建军在发布会上强调,邮储银行的数字金融发展可以比喻为以“加速度”奔跑奋进的前行者,战略部署、科技引领、数据驱动是提供动力的三大核心“器官”:战略“入脑”,指挥发展脚步;科技“强心”,引领服务创新;数据“造血”,释放金融活力。最终驱动金融服务升级,以人为本,普惠城乡。

一、完成超6.5亿个人客户无感迁移

核心系统是银行IT系统建设的重中之重,是一家银行的大脑和心脏,也是一家银行科技实力的重要体现。邮储银行积极践行国家创新驱动发展战略,顺应技术发展趋势,全力建设新一代个人业务核心系统,历时3年,于近期完成了超6.5亿个人客户无感迁移,新一代个人业务核心系统项目圆满收官。

发布会上,邮储银行首席信息官牛新庄介绍,该系统是大型银行中率先同时采用企业级业务建模和分布式微服务架构,基于全栈式安全可控软、硬件打造的全新一代核心系统,是中国银行业金融科技关键技术自主可控的重要实践。“新一代个人业务核心系统性能全面提升,能够满足全行超6.5亿客户,18亿账户,近4万个网点的支撑和服务能力,支撑邮储银行高质量发展。”牛新庄表示。

据悉,新一代个人业务核心系统主要具有六大创新点,即“流程再造、化繁为简”“业技融合、敏捷创新”“夯实平台、引领创新”“智能运维、全景掌控”“自上而下、安全可控”“在线迁移、无感切换”。
