滴滴曾于2020年6月16日发布公告称，查处内部一起重大腐败舞弊案件。据滴滴内部邮件公告显示，技术高级总监于某在任职期间，先后收受供应商行贿金额高达1000万，一时震惊IT行业和社会各界。
最近一篇《滴滴技术总监千万受贿案内幕：浪潮送700多万，常山北明子公司送奔驰越野，华为、联想亦卷入……》成为网络和业内热门。
这篇文章后面又提到：滴滴于某犯非国家工作人员受贿罪，罚金人民币50万元，同时追缴违法所得约146万元。当读到这篇文章时，感觉是迷糊的，浪潮这700万贿赂却没有被法庭追回或者没收？
浪潮真的给滴滴技术总监于某送了700万吗？
通过阅读相关文章，我们发现，浪潮送了700万主要有两个出处。
一个来自于滴滴公司审计监察部门魏某的表述：技术总监于某向我承认，他收了浪潮公司好处费700万。
另一个来自于当事人于某在向公安机关投案后，坦白自己收了浪潮和北明的赃款：
“我在其负责招标过程中，浪潮公司和北明公司都不是合理中标的。我在开标前告诉这两家公司他们的技术分和排名是多少，让他们根据情况调高或者调低自己的价格。好处费都是见面给的现金。其通过手机查到的是26笔，大概797万元，2018年底用这些钱在西城区花750万元买了一套房子。北明公司是金某给的，浪潮公司是邢某给的”。
不过，于某在后续案件审理中翻供，否认了上述说法。
北明金某作为证人向司法机关证明了其向于某行贿的事实，但浪潮没有出现在法院公开证据材料里，编者推测浪潮应该拒绝承认行贿事实，既没有员工出庭指证，公安机关也未找到有效证据。
因而在《滴滴技术总监千万受贿案内幕：浪潮送700多万，常山北明子公司送奔驰越野，华为、联想亦卷入……》一文中提到的浪潮送了700万，由于缺少相关证据，现仅存在相关证人的表述事实中，而并非为法院认定的法律事实。
但是根据滴滴方技术部证人供述，其在滴滴技术总监于某的授意下，修改过浪潮公司的招标技术评分。

The article added that Didi Yu was fined 500,000 yuan and confiscated 1.46 million yuan of illegal gains for taking bribes from a non-state employee. When I read this article, I feel confused. Inspur has not been recovered or confiscated by the court.
Did Inspur really send 7 million yuan to Didi’s technical director surnamed Yu?
Through reading related articles, we found that Inspur sent 7 million mainly from two sources.
A man surnamed Wei from Didi’s audit and supervision department said: Yu, the technical director, admitted to me that he received 7 million yuan from Inspur.
The other one comes from Yu, who confessed to receiving stolen money from Inspur and Beiming after he surrendered to the public security organ:
“When I was in charge of the bidding process, Inspur Company and Beiming Company were not reasonable bids. I told both companies what their technical scores and rankings were before the bid opening and asked them to move their prices up or down depending on the situation. Good money is cash in person. He found 26 cases of 7.97 million yuan, which he used to buy an apartment in Xicheng District for 7.5 million yuan at the end of 2018. Kim gave Bukmyung Company and Xing gave Inspur Company.
Yu, however, recanted his confession in a subsequent trial and denied the claim.
Beimingjin testified to the judicial authorities as a witness that he had bribed Yu, but Inspur did not appear in the court’s public evidence materials. The editor speculated that Inspur should refuse to admit the fact of bribery, and neither the employees testified in court, nor the public security authorities found effective evidence.
Therefore, Inside the bribery case of Didi’s technical director Ten Million Yuan: Inspur gave more than 7 million yuan, Changshan Beiming subsidiary gave Mercedes Off-road, Huawei and Lenovo were also involved…… The wave mentioned in the article sent 7 million yuan. Due to the lack of relevant evidence, it only exists in the facts expressed by relevant witnesses, rather than the legal facts recognized by the court.
However, according to a witness from Didi’s technical department, it modified Inspur’s bidding technical score under the instruction of Didi’s technical director surnamed Yu.
