这件事情本身对于俄罗斯用户影响不大，对于可能产生的影响是深远的。但是无论是有意取消下载乃至退出俄罗斯，还是只是把下载链接关闭用于试探，这都开了个一个坏头：正版用户和原有的商业用户的权益无法得到保证。
当商业过度的依附于政治，乃至可以影响商业使用和用户承诺，对于中国区域的个人用户和企业用户来讲，未来存在着很大的不确定性：当中美贸易战愈演愈烈，未来会不会有一天微软也停掉合作？停掉支持？停掉下载？停掉更新？甚至停掉用户的软件登录权限？
