二、央国企数字化转型目标:以一流的数字化推动招商局集团成为世界一流企业,打造新的核心竞争力
过去两年多,招商局集团大力推动数字化转型,取得了一定的进展。集团2019年制定完成了新的数字化战略,确立了2025年建成数字化招商局的转型目标;以“五支柱”作为蓝图,打造形成了自主可控的数字化转型技术底座,建成了具有自主知识产权的招商云以及大数据湖平台、招商随行工作协同平台、招商智脑数据应用平台等,招商云平台与中国移动、建设银行、阿里云、宝信软件等企业的平台一起荣获信通院首批IT数字化能力和运营效果成熟度模型(IOMM)评估平台服务类优秀级;集团各产业板块数字化成果初显,招商银行金融科技水平保持行业领先,成为中国金融服务数字化的标杆企业,中外运旗下运易通物流电商平台连接3万多家物流服务企业并服务2万多家制造企业,招商港口建设启用了中国首个由传统散杂货码头升级改造而成的智慧型、数字化港口——妈湾智慧港。
