1)依据霍尔模型,员工能力可分为:知识维、逻辑维和时间维。

①信息层面:事物是怎样的?都有什么事物?

When I read this chapter, I thought for a long time, looking back on the past seven years of implementing process changes in the front line, there are too many case scenarios and feelings, the most classic is the sentence of Teacher Chen at the beginning: “logic is based, ability is based”, if the logic of employees to do things is not right, the direction behind is basically wrong.
