企业家的风格差别很大，企业的风格差别也很大。很多企业家和他们的企业，大名鼎鼎，其实，他们的企业未必有多大。
与之相反，有些企业似乎默默无闻，老板也很少抛头露面，但悄然声息间，将企业做成了世界500强。
河北有2家企业就是这样。
在不久前财富杂志发布的2022年世界500强名单上，一家叫上海德龙钢铁集团的企业第一次上榜， 排第469位。
上海德龙是谁？很多人可能没有听说过这家企业。
查询公开信息后就能发现，公司成立于2020年5月。2022年世界500强排名的根据是2021年的营业收入，1年多时间做出一家世界500强，几乎是不可能的。
再仔细看就会发现，其法定代表人是丁立国。
丁立国也是河北一家名为德龙钢铁的企业的老板，德龙钢铁在2022年中国民营企业500强上排名第31位，营业收入达1957亿元。
其实，两个德龙是一家，德龙钢铁是上海德龙唯一且持股100%的企业。
德龙钢铁的创始人是丁立国，是位河北人，1970年出生，大学毕业后，到深圳一个区的物资部门工作，当时，深圳正高速发展，城市建设需要大量的钢材，而丁立国的老家河北正好是中国钢铁第一大省，于是，他利用这样的便利，为物资局进来大量的钢材，年底时考核全局第一。
1992年，他干脆回到河北，承包了唐山长城轧钢厂，自己生产钢材。1994年，钢铁市场陷入低谷，他又成立了一家贸易公司，主要经销钢材。
几年后，他建起自己的钢铁生产企业，并于1998年成立了立国集团，这就是德龙集团的前往。丁立国通过收购小钢铁厂，迅速将企业做大。
2000年，丁立国遭遇一场严重的车祸，住院时，他感悟到了更多人生的意义，出院后就将企业更名为德龙集团。他把这次遭遇当作自己的重生，拿出大量资金，进行环境保护、改善员工福利，还做了很多慈善活动。如今，其工厂是3A级景区。
2008年，他差点将企业卖给了俄罗斯首富阿布旗下的耶弗拉兹集团，对方已经开出了约合150亿元的价格， 且已经签约， 由于审批没有获通过使交易延期，随后金融风暴爆发，收购搁浅。
2020年，德龙钢铁的营业收入仅为1156亿元，2021年，增长了约80%，从而跻身世界500强。
还有一位石庄家人所创办的企业，去年也悄悄跻身世界500强，成为河北省唯一上榜的民营企业。
它叫敬业集团，应该很多人也没有听说过这家企业。今年，敬业集团继续榜上有名，排386位，营业收入达2379亿元。
敬业集团也是一家钢铁企业，创始人是李赶坡，他是河北石家庄人，今年已经73岁。
他非常有传奇性，1980年代，第一次办理停薪留职，办了一家罐头厂，但只干了几个月，由于政策变化，只能放弃，重新回到体制内工作，几年后，再次辞职，办了一家生产水杨酸的化工厂，短短几年做到了全球第一位。
但他认为， 水杨酸的市场规模有限，转而进入钢铁行业，终于打造出了敬业集团。
如今， 其子李慧明已经接近，担任敬业集团总经理一职，李赶坡仍担任董事长。
去年，还有一家与河北有着很大关系的企业，也悄无声息跻身世界500强。
它叫北京建龙重工集团。
该集团创始人张志祥是浙江绍兴人，但是在河北的唐山起家的。
他出生于是1967年，大学毕业后，曾分配到老家一家土特产企业工作，1994年，辞职下海，做起了钢铁贸易生意。但真正发家，是从1999年租赁经营唐山遵化钢铁厂开始的，随后，他转租为买，收购了这家钢铁厂，更名为唐山建龙实业。
多年后，他又进入造船等多个行业，并在总部迁到了北京，但他们在河北仍有多个钢铁生产基地。
今年，北京建龙重工集团在世界500强上的排名，从去年的第431位上升到第363位，营业收入也从2020年的1956.95亿元，增长到了2021年的2474亿元。在中国民营企业500强上排第24位。
德龙、敬业集团和建龙重工集团，都不是上市公司，而且都来自与普通老百姓打交道不多的钢铁或重工行业，因此鲜为人知；而丁立国、李赶坡和张志祥的风格也偏低调，同样不为人知。
其实，到目前为止，我国跻身世界500强的民营企业，仅33家，这3人创始的企业能跻身其中，在国内名列前茅。
3人的财富也不少，张志祥达330亿元，李赶坡为170亿元，丁立国也为85亿元。
只是他们太低调了，个人登上富豪榜，企业跻身世界500强，仍显得悄无声息。
还有哪些低调的企业和企业家？

Ding is also the boss of a company in Hebei called Delong Iron and Steel, which ranked 31st on China’s top 500 private Enterprises in 2022, with revenue of 195.7 billion yuan.
In fact, two Delong is one, Delong Steel is the only Shanghai Delong and 100% shareholding enterprise.
The founder of Delong Iron and Steel was Ding Liguo, a native of Hebei Province, born in 1970. After graduating from university, he went to work in the material department of a district of Shenzhen. At that time, Shenzhen was developing rapidly and needed a large amount of steel for urban construction. At the end of the year, the overall assessment is first.
In 1992, he returned to Hebei and contracted the Tangshan Great Wall Rolling Mill to produce steel himself. In 1994, when the steel market was in the doldrums, he set up a trading company to distribute steel.
A few years later, he set up his own steel production company and in 1998 established Liguo Group, which is where Delong Group came from. Ding quickly expanded his business by buying small steel mills.
In 2000, Ding Liguo suffered a serious car accident.
When he was hospitalized, he realized more meaning of life. After leaving the hospital, he changed the name of his company to Delong Group. He used the encounter as his own rebirth, devoting large amounts of money to environmental protection, employee welfare and charitable activities. Today, its factory is a 3A scenic spot.
In 2008, he almost sold the business to the Evraz Group of Russia’s richest man ABU, the other side had offered about 15 billion yuan, and had signed a contract, because the approval was not passed and delayed the deal, then the financial crisis broke, the acquisition was stalled.
In 2020, Delong Steel’s operating revenue was only 115.6 billion yuan, and in 2021, it increased by about 80%, thus ranking among the world’s top 500 companies.
Another company founded by Shi Zhuang’s family also quietly ranked among the World’s top 500 last year, becoming the only private enterprise in Hebei Province to make the list.
It is called professional Group, many people should have never heard of this enterprise. This year, Jingxin Group remained on the list, ranking 386th, with revenue of 237.9 billion yuan.
Jing Jing Group is also a steel company founded by Li Chaopo, a 73-year-old native of Shijiazhuang, Hebei province.
In the 1980s, he was suspended without pay for the first time and set up a cannery, but only worked for a few months. Due to policy changes, he had to give up and go back to work in the system. A few years later, he resigned again and set up a chemical plant producing salicylic acid, which became the first in the world in just a few years.
However, he believed that the market size of salicylic acid was limited, and instead entered the steel industry, finally creating a dedicated group.
Now, his son Li Huiming has been close, as the general manager of Jingheng Group, Li Chaopo still as chairman.
Last year, another company with strong ties to Hebei quietly made it into the World’s top 500.
It’s called Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group.
The group’s founder, Zhang Zhixiang, is a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, but started his business in Tangshan, Hebei province.
He was born in 1967. After graduating from university, he was assigned to work in a local specialty enterprise in his hometown. In 1994, he resigned and went into the sea to start a steel trade business. But he really made his fortune by leasing the Tangshan Zunhua Steel mill in 1999, which he then sublet to buy and renamed Tangshan Jianlong Industrial.
Years later, he moved into shipbuilding and other industries and moved his headquarters to Beijing, but they still have steel production bases in Hebei.
This year, the ranking of Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group in the world’s top 500 rose from 431 last year to 363rd, and its revenue also increased from 195.695 billion yuan in 2020 to 247.4 billion yuan in 2021. It ranks 24th on China’s top 500 private enterprises list.
Delong, Jingjing and Jianlong are not listed companies and come from steel or heavy industries that do not deal much with ordinary people, so they are little known. The style of Ding Liguo, Li Chaopo and Zhang Zhixiang is also low-key and unknown.
In fact, so far, our country ranks among the world’s top 500 private enterprises, only 33, the founding enterprises of 3 people can be among them, among the best in domestic.
The wealth of the three men is also quite large, Zhang Zhixiang is 33 billion yuan, Li Chaopo 17 billion yuan, Ding Liguo 8.5 billion yuan.
It is just that they are so low profile that individuals on the rich list and companies on the Fortune 500 still seem to be quiet.
