工信部日前向各地工业和信息化主管部门、通信管理局通报了2022年国家新型工业化产业示范基地（以下简称“示范基地”）发展质量评价结果。根据本次发展质量评价结果，445家示范基地整体处于四星水平，四星以上示范基地共有282个。其中，五星示范基地28个，占比6.3%，20个示范基地获两次以上五星评价。
国家新型工业化产业示范基地是指现有产业园区（集聚集群区）按照新型工业化要求改造提升，经省级示范基地培育创建形成的主导产业特色鲜明、发展水平和规模效益居行业领先地位，在协同创新、集群集约、智能融合、绿色安全等方面具有示范作用，走在全国前列的产业集聚集群区。示范基地可分为规模效益突出的优势产业示范基地和专业化细分领域竞争力强的特色产业示范基地。

在区域分布上，示范基地整体呈现东部领先、中西部并驾齐驱、东北追赶的态势。445家示范基地中，东部地区共193家，占比43.4%，其中，江苏、山东两省并列榜首，基地数量均为30家，传统工业大省示范基地建设成效显著。西部地区共122家示范基地，占比27.4%，川渝示范基地数量合计42家，占西部基地总数三成以上，其中，四川示范基地数量达到26家，与浙江并列第三，是西部唯一示范基地数量跻身前十的省份，“断层式”领跑其他西部地区。中部地区共91家示范基地，占比20.4%，相较其他区域各省示范基地数量差距最小，建设进程相对均衡，湖南、湖北暂居前位；东北地区共39家示范基地，占比8.8%，辽宁示范基地数量达20家，“领军”东三省。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

Among the 445 demonstration bases, there are 193 in the eastern region, accounting for 43.4%, of which Jiangsu and Shandong provinces are tied for the top, with 30 bases, and the construction of demonstration bases in large traditional industrial provinces has achieved remarkable results.
