中国平安在去年三季报中表示,中国平安紧密围绕主业转型升级需求,运用科技赋能金融业务促销售、提效率、控风险。2023年前三季度,平安AI坐席服务量约17.0亿次,覆盖平安82%的客服总量;AI坐席驱动产品销售在整体坐席产品销售规模中占比45%,AI催收覆盖率为42%。

“通过科技赋能,中国人保自主研发了万象天眼-智能风险减量平台,形成包括‘气象眼’‘海风眼’等一系列面向各类风险场景的‘天眼’,提升风险减量服务能力。”中国人保集团战略部主要负责人张宝辉介绍称。据了解,农业风险减量服务方面,中国人保依托AI、区块链等技术建设数智化农业保险服务平台,实现农业保险经营管理与服务模式创新升级;在驾驶风险防范方面建立了“人保方舟”驾驶风险管理平台,已形成3.4亿辆汽车数字化档案。

近期,国家金融监督管理总局发布《关于加强科技型企业全生命周期金融服务的通知》要求,鼓励银行保险机构加大数字金融研发投入,依法合规运用新一代信息技术,推动科技型企业金融服务业务处理、经营管理和内部控制等关键环节向数字化、智能化转型发展,持续提高运营效率,优化内部资源配置,提升风险防范水平,更好满足科技型企业融资需求。
