严建文建议,财政部、科技部、工信部等部门要抓紧推动智能制造系统和机器人重大专项(2030)立项实施,支持推动工业机器人、智能检测装备、智能控制装备、增材制造装备等重点产品研发和产业化,带动工艺、装备、软件成组连线创新突破,形成自主可控、先进适用的智能制造系统解决方案,有效支撑制造业数智化转型。同时,工信部、国务院国资委等部门要加快智能制造应用普及,支持行业龙头企业建设全球领先的“未来工厂”,探索未来制造模式和企业形态。面向广大中小企业,普及智能制造装备和软件、先进管理理念、关键制造工艺,构建一批中小制造企业数智化转型样板并加强复制推广。支持工业大省建设智能制造先行区,探索形成区域数字化转型、智能化升级的特色路径,加强经验总结并复制推广。与此同时,要加快形成智能制造标准和评价体系。建设完善智能制造标准体系,支持国内专家积极参加国际标准化工作,打造一批智能制造国际标准,加快塑造智能制造标准中国品牌。
