8月23日，由《中国建设报》社组织的“寻‘根’之旅——中国建筑业企业转型升级最佳实践大型调研活动”专家组莅临南通三建。南通三建作为此次调研活动的标杆企业之一，始终以坚韧的毅力专注于转型升级、改革创新和产业发展。调研活动旨在探寻南通三建转型升级、华丽转身的“根”之所在，通过对南通三建转型升级之“道”的发现与挖掘、分析与研判、总结与推广，让深入内里的对标管理真正起到加快产业进步与企业发展的作用。同时，调研组将总结南通三建的优秀作为，探讨行业发展形势、政策导向、企业经营管理理念、转型升级模式等等，从行业发展的角度，研讨南通三建如何根据政策动向和自身情况抓住“根本”，如何将政策利好落实到位，从而更好地规划企业发展，做强行业标杆。
专家组由清华大学土木水利学院教授、博士生导师朱宏亮；中国建筑学会副秘书长顾勇新；北京建筑大学工程管理研究所所长、教授，中国建筑业协会工程项目管理委员会副会长尤完；江苏省建筑行业协会常务副会长纪迅；中国建筑企业高峰论坛理事会副理事长、教授级高工邓绍超；中国建筑企业高峰论坛理事会秘书长、《中国建设报·建筑半月谈》主编王燕生等组成。控股集团董事长黄裕辉，监事会主席张福斌，董事张俊，总工程师顾洪才，股份公司副总裁冯永宏、沈大伟等集团高管热情接待了专家组一行。
