回顾2023年12月14日，世界经济论坛（WEF）发布最新一批“灯塔网络”的名单，隆基嘉兴基地是全球光伏行业唯一入围工厂。这标志着隆基在智能制造和数字化领域的成就引领全球，成为先进制造的代表，光伏行业首个世界“灯塔工厂”也备受各方瞩目。
近日，记者有幸实地探访隆基嘉兴基地，深入灯塔工厂生产线，沉浸式地感受“灯塔工厂”的智造魅力，并切实感受到了AI智能对传统工业的颠覆式升级，隆基灯塔工厂的革新不只是在生产线自动化与智能化方面的改造，而是重构了生产关系，让AI智能成为了生产管理的大脑，基于大数据模型，不断自主革新，实现真正意义的智造升级自驱力。
那么，隆基灯塔工厂的革新主要驱动因素是什么？
“一是要满足客户多变的多样化要求，二是要保证不同生产基地生产过程的一致性。”隆基绿能副总裁张海濛向观察者网坦言隆基打造“灯塔工厂”的两大主要驱动因素。
众所周知，光伏技术向前发展的核心始终围绕着提高效率和降低度电成本展开。一直以来，隆基高度重视技术研发，以科技驱动生产力，不断提升转换效率，也在不断接近转换效率的理论极限。隆基自主研发的背接触晶硅异质结太阳电池（HBC）实现27.30%的转换效率，创造了单结晶硅太阳能电池效率的新世界纪录；自主研发的晶硅-钙钛矿叠层电池效率创造了33.9%的世界纪录。

一切以客户为中心的隆基开始意识到，在光伏的大规模制造过程中，不但要从研发端提升转换效率，还要在制造环节保证更高效率，满足客户多变的多样化要求，柔性生产出适用于不同应用场景的组件产品，并且更快地向客户交付产品。而采用传统的流水线生产，要满足这些需求显然是力不从心的。
