回顾2023年12月14日,世界经济论坛(WEF)发布最新一批“灯塔网络”的名单,隆基嘉兴基地是全球光伏行业唯一入围工厂。这标志着隆基在智能制造和数字化领域的成就引领全球,成为先进制造的代表,光伏行业首个世界“灯塔工厂”也备受各方瞩目。

近日,记者有幸实地探访隆基嘉兴基地,深入灯塔工厂生产线,沉浸式地感受“灯塔工厂”的智造魅力,并切实感受到了AI智能对传统工业的颠覆式升级,隆基灯塔工厂的革新不只是在生产线自动化与智能化方面的改造,而是重构了生产关系,让AI智能成为了生产管理的大脑,基于大数据模型,不断自主革新,实现真正意义的智造升级自驱力。

那么,隆基灯塔工厂的革新主要驱动因素是什么?

“一是要满足客户多变的多样化要求,二是要保证不同生产基地生产过程的一致性。”隆基绿能副总裁张海濛向观察者网坦言隆基打造“灯塔工厂”的两大主要驱动因素。

众所周知,光伏技术向前发展的核心始终围绕着提高效率和降低度电成本展开。一直以来,隆基高度重视技术研发,以科技驱动生产力,不断提升转换效率,也在不断接近转换效率的理论极限。隆基自主研发的背接触晶硅异质结太阳电池(HBC)实现27.30%的转换效率,创造了单结晶硅太阳能电池效率的新世界纪录;自主研发的晶硅-钙钛矿叠层电池效率创造了33.9%的世界纪录。

然而,全球光伏行业进入到更加以客户需求为导向的时代。随着光伏产业的发展,客户的需求开始变得多元化,包括隆基在内的光伏企业开始意识到一个问题:如何生产组件才能满足客户的真正要求。

一切以客户为中心的隆基开始意识到,在光伏的大规模制造过程中,不但要从研发端提升转换效率,还要在制造环节保证更高效率,满足客户多变的多样化要求,柔性生产出适用于不同应用场景的组件产品,并且更快地向客户交付产品。而采用传统的流水线生产,要满足这些需求显然是力不从心的。

此外,随着组件生产规模的扩大,越来越多的组件生产基地分散在全球各地,更贴近终端市场。如何保证组件生产过程的一致性,确保达到组件产品交付要求,且满足当地的合规和产品认证方面的要求,这是光伏企业面临的另一个课题。 数字化转型网(www.szhzxw.cn)

“在这个过程中,大家看到的不单单是工厂本身通过认证,而是带来给客户提供服务的能力,以及叠加在产品之上,产品质量、产品效率、产品性能的提升,形成了结构化能力。”张海濛表示,“这个能力可以作为价值交付给我们的客户和合作伙伴,这是我们在打造灯塔工厂过程中感到最为欣喜的一点。”

​Recently, the reporter had the honor to visit the Longji Jiaxing base, in-depth lighthouse factory production line, immersive feeling the “lighthouse factory” intelligent charm, and truly feel the AI intelligence of the traditional industry subversive upgrade, Longji lighthouse factory innovation is not only in the production line automation and intelligent transformation, but also the reconstruction of production relations.
