  COBIT的科学性体现在以业务为中心,把IT框架总共定义为34个流程控制目标,中化集团信息技术部在“保障业务连续性”项目中,针对业务的需求,对照企业需要达到的效果,从中确定了此次项目的4个流程控制目标,分别是确保连续性服务、管理服务台和事件、管理性能与容量、管理数据。并且确保在整个分析和准备的过程中,每一份调研文档,每一次会议记录,每一个工作流程都严格按照IT治理中AUDIT指南的方法备案或执行。数字化转型网szhzxw.cn

在此基础上中化集团信息技术部与解决方案供应商一起再将以上4个流程控制目标转化成了具体的IT项目目标及产品,即一是支持业务连续性的基本容灾能力;二是应对日益复杂IT环境的基本治理能力,其中包括可靠的数据备份与恢复能力;初步的网络、系统和存储监控能力;初步的企业级IT综合监控台。归根结底是要保障中化全球各个公司网络系统基础设施无障碍运行,从而达到保障业务连续性的业务目标。
