史晨阳:光大银行从2018年开始探索智能运维建设工作,数据中心运维管理逐步向以数据和业务价值为驱动的智能运维转型。转型过程中,光大银行以安全运营为根基,结合ITIL和DevOps理念为日常运营提供支撑,同时深入思考大数据、人工智能技术在转型过程中所起的作用以及可能带来的全局性风险。

从光大银行的实践来看,智能运维建设包括平台能力的建设和应用场景的建设。

在平台能力建设方面,光大银行以金融科技创新业务发展和科技运营工作为核心,搭建科技运营数据资产管理中台,构建数据采集、数据管理、算法服务、数据分析和可视化等五个数据运营能力,支撑运营管理工作。目前,光大银行已经实现10个领域55大类200余项科技运营数据的集中管理,初步构建了以数据、标准、技术、平台为基础的数据中心新一代科技运营服务能力。

史晨阳:在数字化转型总体战略的指引下,光大银行制定了中台科技战略,构建了以数据中心和基础网络两大基础设施为基础、以“一朵云”为核心技术驱动、四个平台深化建设的“两基一云四平台”技术架构蓝图,全面推广一朵全栈云,深化建设由开发框架、公共领域、专业领域、管理领域四大平台组成的技术中台。智能运维建设的关键是建立智能运维平台,打通运维流程、数据、日志,利用人工智能、云原生、大数据、RPA等技术能力,降低平均故障修复时间,延长系统无故障时间。

智能运维平台建设的核心思路包括以下三个方面:一是以实时数据治理、分析应用为目标,实现流批一体化数据加工应用;二是以中台能力建设蓝图为指导,以服务化的理念、开放的模式、多维度的思维打造平台的各项功能;三是以数据资产管理为指导,结合大数据、AI等技术进行数据治理,实现业务和科技运营相关工作的智能化。
