二、中国工程院院士倪光南:工业软件短板要补齐,不然会成“卡脖子”的薄弱环节数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

从制造大国变成制造强国,产业链现代化非常重要,但在产业链中间,中国大规模的企业还是处于价值链的低端。倪光南院士以iPhone价值链解释说:从iPhone价值链来看,中国大部分企业处于低端制造的位置,就是不管我做怎么快、怎么好,但人家给你的价值分配不到2%。如果你不能通过工业软件、通过工业基础高级化工作,进入价值链的高端,那工作只能处于低端。这就表明了,要使中国的制造进入制造强国,我们不仅要解决产业链现代化,而且要解决好产业技术高级化的问题。

工业软件是一个很大的领域,从集成电路来看,有个短板是芯片设计工具被控制,集成电路的工业软件、应用软件基本上被外国垄断,在这方面过去没有发展起来主要怪我们自己。”倪光南院士说,行业在“造不如买,买不如租”的思想之下走了弯路,影响了发展。从流程制造和离散制造来讲,软件一样非常薄弱,软件市场被国外公司垄断,中国急需突破他们的控制。这个薄弱环节,在中美贸易摩擦以来是一个‘卡脖子’的切入点。对我们来讲是一个很大的软肋,从中兴到华为,即使我们的一些大学也不能逃脱这种制裁。所以工业软件的短板必须要迅速补齐,要不就是我们被‘卡脖子’的一个非常薄弱的环节。 

倪光南院士表示,美国工业互联网为代表的GE公司特别强调了数字孪生技术,希望通过数字孪生技术把制造业提高到一个更高的智能化水平。这个技术很热,世界上现在有两大空间,一个是物理空间,另一个是数字空间,未来的车间、工厂会存在于这两个空间,所以理想情况下,今后生产新产品,是先在数字世界里调整参数、改变原料、方式、设计,这个试错过程不需要消耗材料,也不需要产生很多废物。所以未来,我们希望物理世界和数字世界通过数字孪生技术能够并行推进。  

对于如何提升工业软件的发展,倪光南院士建议,加大支持力度,将其列入国家重大软件工程,并在软件基金方面给予大力支持。

三、中国工程院院士陈左宁:做基础系统类软件要有“坐冷板凳”的决心

软件是一项创新性很强的工作,唯有创新,才能铸魂。当前中国软件产业中最大的短板是基础系统类软件,如操作系统、数据库等。虽然这几年国内有一些进步,但客观说,这类软件还是以集成创新为主,真正的原始创新非常少。对此,陈左宁院士提出,要把这类软件做好,首先要搞清楚基本原理,要有基础研究做支撑,要有“坐冷板凳”的决心。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

我觉得做基础软件是门槛很高的事情,现在大家都觉得做基础软件是一件门槛很低的事情,但实际上有多少是自己原创的?陈左宁院士说,创新就是要更加重视从0到1的原始突破,不能仅仅抱着功利主义的想法,不能对开源实施简单的“拿来主义”,这会极大地损伤整个软件行业原始创新的积极性。希望大家不忘软件创新的初心,以市场需求为牵引,加强基础研究,不断通过创新去提高自身的竞争力和持续发展能力。

在当前加快构建国内国际“双循环”相互促进的新发展格局下,陈左宁院士还表示要通过数智转型,构建完整的生态,实现软件的高质量发展。软件产品要想在市场上成功,技术只是一部分因素,生态是核心要素。

中国在应用类软件方面已经取得了较大的突破,但这些应用软件与国内的基础软件之间,还没有形成真正的闭环。即便是基础软件之间,也没有形成非常完备的生态。也就是说,中国整个软件产业只是形成了点或者面的突破,但没有体系化。构建完整的生态体系,需要产学研用各个环节协同发力,需要各个企业之间的协同创新。陈左宁院士指出,每个软件企业今后都需要在技术路线、产品定义和市场推广过程中充分考虑生态的完整性,提前布局与产业链上下游的合作。

四、中国工程院院士廖湘科:软件根技术助上层应用枝繁叶茂

当前我国正在加速进入数字经济发展新周期,数字经济时代的主要特征之一就是“软件定义一切”,软件成为关键基础设施的重要载体。  

在中国广阔的市场上,软件产业就像一棵参天大树,上层应用的枝繁叶茂,更需要大地之下基础软件的强劲发达。的确,根深才能叶茂。在当前错综复杂的国际环境和新技术迭代的变革下,基础软件的关键性日益凸显。无论是应对“卡脖子”风险,打造自主可控的软件产业体系,还是释放硬件生产力,促进数字经济发展,基础软件作为信息化建设的根能力与根技术,向上促进了应用软件的创新与发展,向下决定了ICT基础设施的高效架构,不仅是国家发展数字经济的重要加速器,也是ICT产业持续发展的核心驱动力。

首先,坚持开源创新,建设自主原创性根技术体系。建立开放共享平等参与的开源社区,促进生态链大中小企业彼此合作,充分释放各企业创新能力,发挥各企业优势,尽量夯实自主可控的根基,促进数字经济发展。  

其次,强化政策和市场引领,打造软件根技术发展生态。包括操作系统、数据库管理系统等战略软件根技术的健康高质量和持续发展,离不开贯彻落实国家政策、完善行业治理、合理软件价值评估、深化知识产权保护、加快软件人才培养等各个环节的全方位推动,优化软件产业的布局,促进软件产业在国内循环健康发展,形成具有更具创新能力、更高附加值、更安全可靠的软件产业链供应链体系。  

最后,还要加强软件根技术人才培养,建设一流的人才队伍。人才是可持续发展的基础,各层面技术专业人才是保证软件根技术可持续发展的动力源泉,也需要各方联动加大投入。一方面,企业应该投入更多的技术力量,跟高校共建,把行业多年积累的知识,通过课程教材联合培养、联合实验室等方式和高校一起加快建设专业能力;另一方面,要进一步做大软件人才培养的规模,只有足够大的人才培养规模,才能支持足够大的产业规模,才能吸引更多的人才进入这个领域。

五、中国科学院院士朱中梁:软件是驱动数字孪生发展的重要因素

各行各业都可以用数字孪生技术来对它进行一些生态的控制、管理、监测。其中在制造业领域,如果没有数字孪生对现实生产体系的准确模型化的描述,所谓的智能制造实际上很难实现。

目前,我国各行各业的软件尤其是工业软件严重依赖国外。朱中梁院士谈到,国外软件存在安全隐患,进口软件需要花费高昂的资金等都是目前我国软件行业存在的忧患。

数字孪生这一听起来极为科幻的名词被越来越多地提及。简单来说,数字孪生即以数字化手段在虚拟信息空间构造出一个与物理实体相对应的数字形式的“双胞胎”。

在数字孪生技术中,物理空间与虚拟空间是如何互动的?虚拟空间和物理空间中间要构成一个闭环,在工作中通过传感器等对物理空间的各种数据进行感知,实时监测有没有什么异常情况,提供到虚拟的仿真里,建模后进行分析、处理,得出一个纠正的决策,此决策最后要再回到物理空间里面来。所以是这么一个循环的过程。

数字孪生技术的应用场景极为广泛,包括航空航天、石油天然气、城市管理、制造业等。朱中梁院士认为,各行各业都可以用数字孪生技术来对它进行一些生态的控制、管理、监测。现在一些城市正在尝试利用数字孪生技术进行城市管理,监测哪个地方拥挤,或者哪个地方有什么险情。其中,工业制造领域的数字孪生技术应用被提及得较多。在工业领域,我们经常会想怎么样把物理世界反馈到数字世界里面来,形成有回路反馈的全生命周期跟踪,如果没有数字孪生对现实生产体系的准确模型化的描述,所谓的智能制造实际上就很难实现。

而数字孪生技术中,软件是三大必备条件之一。在朱中梁院士看来,软件已成为驱动数字孪生技术发展的重要因素。软件与其他的新技术、传感器等联系到一起,才能保证数字孪生的实时性、闭环性。
