首先这种信息由于其交流不再是依靠人与人之间的语言层面、甚至是文字层面的沟通和交流,而是完全依托于互联网及物联网所达成的人与人之间的交流、人与物之间的交流以及物与物之前的交流。而伴随着人类已经从互联网向物联网的迈入,以及5G应用的逐渐推展,这种信息的交流将更加广泛与高效,而这种高效是远远超过4G向5G转变倍增系数的。其产生的最终生产力可能是我们目前还想象不到。这些信息的交流及存储是完全数字化的,你会发现我们完全沉浸在数字的海洋里,你身边流转的电波充斥了信息的高速交流。

第二个层面是对信息化所产生的数据的汇总分析及提升。

如果将第一个层面称之为运营层面,那第二个层面就升级为管理层面。管理的首个工作是将所有的数据信息进行分析。我们可以把它归纳入大数据应用的一种场景,对于行政工作而言,其管理各个模块之间都会产生响应的交集,没有一个模块是可以相互独立于行政工作之外的。而这种相互间产生内基于大数据分析产生的成果,将对全行政管理体系的效率提升产生巨大的影响。

二、在数字化运营管理的实际使用中先去建设一个模型,通过这个模型,我们将对如何去展开行政的数字化运营管理有一个更直观的表现。

我们所展现出的是一个四维空间,前两个维度是在宽度和广度上,以行政工作而言,我们不仅是在自身的轴线上扩展数字化的应用,也同时由于我们与公司内部以及外部所有相关联人员,以及设备上的数字化应用;第三个维度是数字化应用的深度上,随着科技的进步,数字化的应用将走的更深。

这个目的其实很简单,外在表现上就是提升企业行政工作的运营管理效率,快速并准确地响应企业、员工、甚至是外部客户提出的行政服务需求,提升这些受众对行政服务的满意度。内在核心就是提升企业行政费用的效费比。

行政负责的工作庞大繁杂,究竟哪些工作是可以通过数字化运营管理提升效费比呢?其实对于我们而言,当具备一定的规模效益后,行政工作中所有的模块中的任何一项工作都可以通过数字化运营管理提升工作效率,进一步达成更具竞争力的效费比。至于哪些模块具备了数字化运营管理的基础,就要结合企业自身的发展情况来确定了。

任何工作只有能够落地执行的,才能最终转化为生产力。而行政的数字化运营管理究竟如何落地,我们上面讲了是具备一定的规模效益,当然这种规模当前已经不单单是指企业自身的规模,还有的就是社会规模,或者称之为应用规模。而这项工作经过数字化或信息化之后,能够产生更高的效率,或称之为更好的效费比。

再以门禁为例,原始的门禁是门口放个保安,检查进出人员的证件。初级的数字化门禁是密码门禁,员工掌握进出门的密码,按密码进出。中级的门禁是给一张门禁卡,通过刷卡进出。而高级的门禁则是通过刷脸进出了,同样由于门禁与考勤、支付等系统的打通,现在很多公司已经不是一卡通的时代了,他们已经进入刷脸畅行的时代,这就是行政工作中数字高速化的重要表现之一,因为没有信息的高速化传递,刷脸这种需要与庞大的数据库进行比对任务是不可能实现的。

四、我们再来看看数字信息化的访客如何管理。
