微软与海信宣布生态合作打开商显出海“大视界”
微软与海信宣布达成生态合作，双方将基于Teams音视频能力，以及微软智能云Azure通信服务（Azure Communication Services，ACS）解决方案，与海信WR系列触控一体机进行整合，推出HiTeams应用，这将有效提升海信商用显示屏在海外市场的竞争力。与此同时，海信也将成为国内首个在安卓系统上与Teams建立合作的生态方，将与微软形成合力，让全球用户大屏协作更轻松。
一、Teams+ACS——为云上通信“搭好台”
海信致力于打造成为商用显示领域的行业标杆，面向不同行业的应用场景，提供高质量的产品开发及提供系统的解决方案，也正不断加快海外商用显示业务的布局，聚焦欧洲、中东非区、亚太、美国等重点市场。当然，出海没有坦途，海信全球化战略顺利落地的背后，必然少不了技术合作伙伴的支持。

ACS是一项基于微软智能云Azure打造的开放多媒体音视频会议服务解决方案，产品支持多种API和SDK类型，企业可以基于ACS打造自由会议平台，将实时多媒体语音、视频和 IP 电话功能添加到任意应用程序，并且能够与Teams实现音视频互通。ACS核心功能模块包括：
- 语音和视频通话：用户可以通过交互式、高质量的音频和视频通话完成工作，包括一对一通话、群组通话、屏幕共享、Network Traversal w/ TURN、通话录音等场景。
- 文本聊天：即通过易于使用、低维护的界面为企业应用程序添加聊天功能，例如一对一聊天、群聊、表情符号、已读回执、键入指示器等。
- PSTN电话：调用基础结构以支持端到端通信方案，可实现本地号码、免费电话、呼入呼叫、出站呼叫等。
- 短信：安全地发送和接收文本消息，包括电话、入站短信、出站短信、短代码，并提供有关可传递性和使用情况的数据洞察。
- 电子邮件：向客户和组发送交易电子邮件，包括托管域和自定义域、打开/点击跟踪、表单和模板等功能。
二、顺滑与会及呼叫体验——HiTeams “唱好戏”

HiTeams应用使用微软Teams+ACS 会议和呼叫体验架构设计，用户可以通过多种方式加入 Teams 会议，包括以经过身份验证的 Teams 用户身份，通过 Teams 客户端加入，或者是以未经身份验证的匿名用户身份，通过 Teams 客户端加入等等。
在预约性会议场景中，用户在HiTeams应用登陆，双方合作第一阶段将使用海信自有账号登录，第二阶段将可使用Teams账号登录。登陆之后，Teams用户发送带有Teams会议链接的邀请给到HiTeams，收到会议邀请后在大屏主页能够看到与会信息。点击大屏上“立即入会”按钮入会，到会议时间后，用户可通过触屏或者遥控器选择入会按钮，点击入会，使用方便快捷。
对于即时性会议场景，即用户无需大屏实名登录，临时需要通过大屏与会的场景下，Teams会议链接可以通过Outlook或者Teams客户端生成，将生成链接通过消息推送方式推送给大屏会议APP。点击会议链接入会，大屏端和其他Teams终端均可点击此链接与会，便于用户随时随地加入会议。
