深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于加快国有经济布局优化和结构调整的重要指示精神，落实党的二十大和中央经济工作会议有关部署要求，1月6日，国资委举办中央企业新能源智慧运维服务合作项目集中签约仪式。国资委党委委员、副主任翁杰明出席仪式并讲话。
此次签约涉及14家中央企业共22个光伏发电和风电项目，总容量288MW，是近年来中央企业新能源领域中涉及范围较广、项目较多的专业化整合。中国华能将以自主开发的新能源智慧运维平台为依托，对试点项目开展运维服务。
翁杰明指出，此次合作的开展标志着中央企业新能源整合从单个协调向整体推动转变，新能源管理从分散式向精益化转变，新能源运营从单兵突进向合作共赢转变，新能源发展从规模扩张向专业化、集约化转变。要以本次签约为契机，推动央企新能源产业发展成为“重头戏”、形成“一盘棋”、探索新模式、突出高质量、强化产业链，更大范围优化资源配置、提升企业效率效益和核心竞争力，推动新能源产业成为我国经济增长的新引擎。

5、强化央企新能源发展产业链建设
指导有关中央企业紧紧抓住新一轮科技革命和产业变革的机遇，立足新能源产业需求，着眼新能源发展未来，对标世界一流，勇当新能源产业链“链长”。加强关键核心技术攻关，重点围绕储能、先进输电技术、大型能源基地多能互补等制约新能源消纳的关键领域开展技术创新和攻关。重点布局新能源高端装备产业，大力发展大功率海上风电、高效光伏发电等清洁能源装备和新能源汽车等应用终端体系，推动新能源产业成为我国经济增长的新引擎。
