飞讯智企助力横店东磁打造浙江省“未来工厂”示范样板

一、项目背景

横店集团东磁股份有限公司创立于1980年, 现有员工一万六千余人,是一家拥有“磁材+器件”、“光伏+锂电”两大产业板块,“磁材+新能源”双轮驱动发展的国家高新技术企业。2020年,太阳能电池片六厂被评为全省首批12家“未来工厂”之一,2021年,建成“未来工厂”升级版——电池片七厂。2021年7月20日,飞讯智企携手横店东磁正式启动电池片七厂MES项目。

二、项目目标

飞讯智企本次实施覆盖东磁太阳能电池片七厂的整个生产环节,能够实现设备运行参数、生产数据的集成。有效把控生产各个环节,提高产品质量,降低生产成本,实现生产过程透明化与产品的详细追溯,增强企业总体效益,提高企业市场竞争力。实现以下目标:

1. 生产全过程管理

通过MES项目实施,完成制造过程的信息化、透明化、标准化:帮助制造部门建立规范的制造模型,改善生产运作的控制与跟踪,实现设备运行参数、生产数据的集成,实现生产信息传递无纸化、减少信息传递过程中的失真,同时通过车间现场的生产进度追踪,实时跟进整个生产线的生产计划执行情况,为生产决策分析提供准确的数据基础,提高整个工厂的效率。

2. 精准管控与体系追溯

通过MES项目实施,强化生产过程管控,提升产品历史数据的可追溯性;把制造过程中涉及的人、机、料、法、环、测等要素实时联系并记录下来,实现产品过程中花篮级信息追溯体系,硅片材料的批次、供应商的追溯,分选包装管理与成品标签(每小包电池片)的历史追溯;在线SPC实时监控,质量异常及时预警,生产过程质量监控,管控产品整体生产过程。

3. 经营指标的管理支撑

通过MES项目实施,利用信息技术对各部门及制造单元计划执行率,设备利用率 OEE、良品率、一次合格率等绩效指标量化评比,实现生产数据实时呈现,提供单线、单工单、单产品、物料使用、生产数据分析趋势;通过设备利用率实时管理,使资源回报最大化;提升管理,优化工艺过程,大幅度降低处理错误,减少不良,提高合格率,提升产品品质。

三、实现价值
