6月21日，北京建龙重工集团有限公司（简称建龙集团）与中国出口信用保险公司（简称中国信保）在京签署战略合作协议。建龙集团副总裁郑鹏、中国信保第三营业部总经理潘水根分别代表双方签署协议。建龙集团董事长、总裁张志祥，中国信保公司党委委员、副总经理张辉等出席并见证签约仪式。
根据协议，双方将在短期出口信用保险业务、中长期出口信用保险业务、与信用保险相关的信用担保业务、资信业务、数字化信息合作等领域加强业务往来，开展深度合作，推动双方实现多领域、深层次的共赢。
张辉对于建龙集团经过短短20多年的发展，就成长至如今的规模和地位，并形成了成熟的“走出去”战略及理念给予了高度评价。他指出，建龙集团是一个有情怀的民营钢铁企业，尽管身处传统行业，但是走向了智能化、创新型的企业发展道路。
他表示，马来西亚东钢焦电项目是建龙集团与中国信保的首次合作，通过该项目，双方进一步增进了了解。今后，中国信保愿意继续为建龙集团“走出去”保驾护航，在后续项目中加深合作，帮助企业做好风险管理，助力企业“走出去”更稳、更远、更长久。
张志祥指出，中国钢铁企业和中国钢铁技术装备“走出去”已是大势所趋，并在近两年呈现明显加速态势。建龙集团通过在马来西亚东钢项目上历时4年的生产运营，积累了较为丰富的海外经验，培养了高水平的国际化队伍。
中国信保作为我国唯一的政策性信用保险机构，在响应国家“一带一路”倡议、国际产能合作等方面发挥了重要作用。建龙集团希望与“国家队”中国信保共同推进钢铁企业国际化进程 ，并带动相关设备、工程、以及上下游产业链企业共同的“走出去”，在改善和推动相关国家和地区经济社会发展的同时，提供中国方案，树立中国形象，落实习近平总书记提出的构建人类命运共同体的倡议。
