11月12日，平安银行北京分行与北京建龙重工集团有限公司（以下简称“建龙集团”）签署战略合作协议，进行合作升级。平安银行副行长兼北京分行行长鞠维萍与建龙集团董事长、执行总裁张志祥分别带队出席签约仪式。平安银行北京分行副行长尹飞与建龙集团副总裁郑鹏分别代表双方签署协议。
此次协议的签署，对平安银行与建龙集团实现跨界融合、协同发展，开拓更便捷、高效、多样化的银企合作模式，建立更广阔 “产业+金融”的新生态、新平台具有重要意义。双方将以此次建立战略合作关系为起点，在供应链、国际贸易、重点项目投资等领域加强深度合作。
鞠维萍行长对建龙集团近年的并购重组、经营管理、战略布局所取得的成果给予充分肯定。他表示，平安银行一直以来积极响应党中央各项决策部署，高度关注制造业的发展与改造。作为地区团体综合金融管理委员会分会牵头机构，平安银行北京分行将充分利用平安综合金融优势、牌照优势、科技优势，依托企业的数字化平台，将金融服务嵌入到企业的业务流程中，支持企业实现高质量发展。
张志祥董事长表示，建龙集团已经在生产运维数字化、经营数字化等领域进行了卓有成效地探索，建立起了互联互通的数字化平台。建龙集团未来将继续加大研发投入，积极实施基于工业4.0理念的数字化和智能制造转型，打造内外部高度互联互通的数字化平台，基于数字化平台与平安银行建立更深层次、更全面、更稳定的合作。
双方一致表示将建立联动机制，共同推进双方长期、稳定、紧密的全面战略合作伙伴关系，也将在现有合作基础上进一步发挥各自优势，不断扩大业务规模，拓宽合作领域。
