该方案依托建龙电商平台的相关交易数据及外部信息，建立了客户分析模型、实时交易模型、风险管控模型。同时，通过微信小程序、手APP、电子签章、发票自动识别等手段，提升了供应商的操作体验和效率。

简单来说，就是供应商通过该平台向银行申请了一笔无追索权保理业务，通过这个系统，企业给供应商的应付账款，免去了很多环节，更加快速地给到供应商。整个流程用8个字概括就是：一次会面，两步操作。
一次会面：是指见一次面，刷一次脸，授一次权完成资质审核。
两步操作：填写融资申请，签署保理合同，等待企业和银行审批，完成放款。
从供应商线上申请到企业审核再到银行放款不到一个小时，就完成了整个付款流程
目前，建龙集团供应链金融平台进入全面应用阶段，两家供应商已经通过该系统获得4笔贷款额度近300万元。另外，供应商单户获得的授信额度目前已提高至1000万元，后续将达到2000万元。下一步，建龙集团还将推进规则支付进一步简化系统流程，减少人为干预使该系统更高效、更透明、更便捷。
