国家好，企业才会好。研祥30多年的发展历程见证了我国的改革开放历程，见证了我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展过程，见证了党和国家支持民营经济发展壮大的大政方针的不断完善。
一、在“春天的故事”感召下逐梦
1990年，我从西北工业大学计算机应用专业研究生毕业后，被分配到中国航空工业设计院做了一名工程师。一年后又被派遣到设计院在深圳的一个窗口单位。深圳的改革开放的窗口城市吸引了一批又一批下海创业者，这股创业的热潮也深深地感染了我，我开始对自己的未来进行认真的思考和规划。在深圳赛格公寓810房间里，我坐在地上，把报纸铺在床上，再把切菜板翻过来，在上面写写画画，分析利弊，反复权衡，最后做出了决定——辞掉公职，自主创业。
正是在“春天的故事”感召下，我成为“逐梦者”。1993年我在深圳白手起家创立了研祥集团的第一家有限责任公司，经过30多年的奋力拼搏，研祥从一家名不见经传的小微企业发展为今天的全球行业头部企业，正是得益于党的好政策。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
工业计算机是国民经济重要行业和领域都大量需要的核心产品技术，是支撑现代化建设的基础平台，需求巨大。而当时国内的工业计算机市场，都被海外知名品牌一统天下，高端计算机更是以美国为首的“巴统”对华禁运的重点对象。对于广大的工控用户来讲，只能被动接受国外的二流技术，而且价格很高，亟需摆脱受制于人的现状。对此我心里颇为不平：我们也懂技术，凭什么任由外国人摆布？我是学计算机专业的，硕士毕业后又做了几年工业计算机应用的产品开发和市场推广，研祥成立后，我就决定做自己最熟悉的工业计算机系统产品的研究、开发、制造和销售。
二、机会平等是民营企业发展的重要保障
创新的失败概率远远高于守旧。因此好的营商环境是非常重要的。历届深圳市委市政府都坚持“两个毫不动摇”，坚持改革创新，不遗余力地为经营主体提供适合个人创业创新、企业发展壮大的发展环境，为企业家们心无旁骛埋头创新提供了优渥土壤。有两个创业时期的例子记忆犹新。
1995年，由深圳市科技局牵头，包括市统计局、市财政局等在内的7个部门评选“深圳民办科技企业30强”，当时研祥排名27，这是研祥历史上获得的第一块奖牌，那时候我们开始创业不久就获殊荣，受到巨大鼓舞。而“民办科技企业”这一称谓正是深圳的独创。
1997年，深圳发展银行的一个支行行长来到我们公司，我领他到我工厂里转了一圈，他说看了一个下午，啥也没看懂，但我们申请的贷款他决定发放。他说：第一，你们从创业到现在快5年了还没关门，那说明确实是赚到钱了；第二，在参观过程中，没有一个员工抬头看他，说明员工们手里的活儿多、管理得也很好。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
从这两件事上我深刻体会到，机会平等是民营企业做优做强做大的重要保障。对民营企业来说，从机会平等得到的不仅仅是名和利，更是发展信心和预期稳定。
三、在新征程上继续阔步前进
研祥在30多年的创新发展中，做到了每年有40%的新产品推出，其中约20%为全球首推。研祥参与制定了已经颁布的本行业67项中国国家标准，拥有超过1100项专利和1300多项非核心专利技术；拥有三个国家级技术创新平台（国家特种计算机工程技术研究中心、国家地方联合工程实验室、国家认定企业技术中心）以及工信部授予的国家技术创新示范企业和五个智能制造示范标杆认证。已经建成本行业全球最全的实验室体系，其中7个国际领先、22个国内先进，通过了国家CNAS、CMA认证，面向行业有了提供技术验证的能力。产品技术100%都是自主知识产权。牵头完成国家核高基重大科技专项等项目。核心产品和技术已获得国家重点新产品、国家自主创新产品、中国专利奖、省部级科技进步一等奖等国家、省部、市级科技荣誉近百项。产品直接销售全球43个国家，间接销售167个国家。

Industrial computer is the core product technology needed by a large number of important industries and fields of the national economy, and it is the basic platform supporting modernization construction, and the demand is huge. At that time, the domestic industrial computer market was dominated by overseas well-known brands, and high-end computers were the focus of the US-led “Batumi” embargo against China. For the majority of industrial users, can only passively accept foreign second-rate technology, and the price is high, it is urgent to get rid of the status quo of being subject to people. I feel quite uneasy about this: we also know technology, why should we let foreigners push us around? I majored in computer science, and after graduating from the master’s degree, I did several years of industrial computer application product development and marketing. Second, equality of opportunity is an important guarantee for the development of private enterprises
The probability of failure of innovation is much higher than that of conservatism. So a good business environment is very important. Successive Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and government adhere to the “two unwavering”, adhere to reform and innovation, spare no effort to provide business entities with a development environment suitable for individual entrepreneurship and innovation, enterprise development and growth, and provide a favorable soil for entrepreneurs to concentrate on innovation. Two examples from the entrepreneurial period remain fresh.
In 1995, led by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Bureau, seven departments including the Municipal Bureau of Statistics and the Municipal Bureau of Finance selected the “Top 30 Private Technology Enterprises in Shenzhen”. At that time, Yanxiang ranked 27th, which was the first medal in the history of Yanxiang. At that time, we won the award shortly after we started our business, which was greatly encouraged. The title of “private technology enterprise” is the original creation of Shenzhen.
In 1997, a branch president of Shenzhen Development Bank came to our company, and I took him around our factory. He said that he could not understand anything after looking at it all afternoon, but he decided to issue the loan we applied for. He said: First, you have not closed your business for nearly five years, which means that you have indeed made money; Second, during the visit, none of the employees looked up at him, indicating that the employees had more work to do and were well managed.
From these two things, I deeply understand that equality of opportunity is an important guarantee for private enterprises to do better, stronger and bigger. For private enterprises, what they get from equality of opportunity is not only fame and profit, but also development confidence and expected stability.
Third, continue to make strides on the new journey
In more than 30 years of innovative development, AEON has achieved 40% of new products launched every year, of which about 20% are the world’s first.
