为此，钟宝申建议：首先，相关部门应出台农村光伏发电项目组件和逆变器等关键物料选用标准；大力推广发电效率高、可靠性高、外观美丽、符合建筑美学的组件产品，推广适用于农村光伏接入和消纳的逆变器等关键物料；开展重点项目示范工厂，促进农村光伏高质量发展。其次，结合美丽乡村建设的需要，制定农村光伏与建筑结合的规划标准，引导光伏行业关注产品质量的同时，也融入对美的思考。
钟宝申认为，乡村乡韵是传统文化的诗意栖息地，乡村振兴既要考虑共同富裕，推行绿色低碳生活发展方式，也要实现山清水秀、村美人和。
“今天，光伏产品日益走进老百姓的生活，让工业美也能成为柔性的变革力量，绘就乡村发展的新画卷。”钟宝申呼吁，“国家和行业不仅要重视绿色建筑的规划和相关政策的出台，同时也要关注光伏产品的工业美与建筑美深度融合，让高品质又兼具美观的光伏产品绽放在美丽乡村。”
