  “我是一名科技创业者,我很大的精力用在红外热成像领域,解决了很多‘卡脖子’问题,填补了很多国内空白。”在十四届全国人大二次会议第二场代表通道上,全国人大代表、中国民间商会副会长、武汉高德红外股份有限公司董事长、党委书记黄立讲述了他在科技自立自强之路上的切身感触。

  黄立说,很多年前,有一次开会,坐在他前面的是一位退伍老兵,老兵的两只袖子是空的,因为失去了双手。当时黄立就在想,有没有什么科技能够让失去肢体的残障人士也能正常生活呢?经过多年的努力,他带领衷华脑机公司团队成功研发出65000通道、双向脑机接口芯片。目前,国外的脑机接口芯片还只能做到3000多个通道,而且是单向的。而黄立的脑机接口芯片可以做到65000通道,是双向的,居于国际领先水平。这项技术可以让很多目前还实现不了的医疗应用成为可能。

  “比如,可以让假肢能够有真实的感觉,可以用人脑、意念来控制假肢,让很多神经系统疾病治疗成为可能,比如癫痫、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森等。未来甚至可以通过脑机接口对外部设备和计算机实现控制,可以控制鼠标,可以通过打字实现交流,还可以使盲人复明,对记忆进行存储等。”黄立说,这些以往出现在科幻小说里面的场景,未来都有可能成为现实。

  黄立表示,科技创新之路,比我们想象的要困难得多,关键核心技术是讨不来、要不来的,只能靠自己的努力奋斗,用我们勤劳的双手做出来。“所以,我们不仅仅是在脑机接口芯片方面,还在红外热成像、红外探测器等方面打破封锁,解决‘卡脖子’问题,做到了世界领先。”

  他进一步说,我们还着力打造低空经济产业,成功实现了空天地一体化智慧城市项目应用,几百架无人机在天上全自动飞行,不需要人来控制。人工智能对数据进行分析,把结果推送给政府各个部门和地面相关人员进行实时处置,解决了很多城市管理方面的难题,使得城市管理做到高效、智慧。同时,也带动上下游产业链形成数千亿的产业板块,为经济注入新活力,“所以我们深刻体会到,新质生产力的构建就是要靠科技创新。”数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

  “25年前,在湖北武汉东南角的一片空地上,我们建起了武汉高德红外有限公司,经过25年的努力,我们建成了全球唯一的红外全产业链基地,在很多方面都做到了世界领先。这片地方,现在也就是活力四射的中国光谷,我们见证了这一切,并且参与其中,真的非常自豪。”黄立激动地说,作为高科技企业,我们未来还要不断研发出更多让“梦想成真”的前沿技术,我们要用一项又一项的科技创新和突破,为发展新质生产力作出自己的贡献。同时,也向世界证明,“别人能的我们中国人也能”。

After years of hard work, he led the team of Zhonghua Brain Computer Company to successfully develop a 65000 channel, two-way brain computer interface chip. At present, foreign brain-computer interface chips can only achieve more than 3,000 channels, and it is one-way. Huang Li’s brain-computer interface chip can achieve 65,000 channels, which is two-way and lives in the international leading level. This technology could enable many medical applications that are not currently possible.

“For example, artificial limbs can have real feelings, and artificial limbs can be controlled with the human brain and the mind, making it possible to treat many neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and so on.” In the future, it will even be possible to control external devices and computers through brain-computer interfaces, such as controlling the mouse, communicating through typing, restoring sight to the blind and storing memories.” Huang Li said that these scenes that appeared in science fiction in the past may become reality in the future.

Huang Li said that the road of scientific and technological innovation is much more difficult than we imagine, and the key core technology can not be asked or come, but can only rely on their own efforts and struggle with our hard-working hands. “So, we are not only in the brain computer interface chip, but also in the infrared thermal imaging, infrared detectors and other aspects to break the blockade, to solve the ‘neck’ problem, to achieve the world’s leading.”

He further said that we have also focused on building low-altitude economic industries, successfully realized the application of air-heaven integrated smart city projects, and hundreds of drones fly fully automatic in the sky without the need for human control. Artificial intelligence analyzes the data and pushes the results to various government departments and relevant personnel on the ground for real-time disposal, solving many problems in urban management and making urban management efficient and intelligent. At the same time, it also drives the upstream and downstream industrial chain to form hundreds of billions of industrial plates, injecting new vitality into the economy, “so we deeply understand that the construction of new quality productivity is to rely on scientific and technological innovation.”

“25 years ago, in a vacant lot in the southeast corner of Wuhan, Hubei Province, we established Wuhan Gaud Infrared Co., LTD., after 25 years of efforts, we have built the world’s only infrared whole industry chain base, in many aspects have done the world’s leading. This place, now known as the vibrant Optics Valley of China, we are really proud to have witnessed and been a part of this.” Huang Li excitedly said that as a high-tech enterprise, we will continue to develop more cutting-edge technologies to make “dreams come true” in the future, and we will make our own contributions to the development of new quality productivity with one technological innovation and breakthrough after another.
