前面写了两篇关于传统的以资源计划为特征的“ERP”未来何去何从的话题，我的观点是“不存在”。换句话说就是以“planning”为核心思想的这类系统的建设将逐渐式微。但并不意味着企业经营管理不需要技术支撑，我个人认为不再需要以“计划”为核心诉求，而是“实时”计算和支撑。
这两天MetaERP因一篇讲话稿而引起广泛讨论，甚至还有所谓“高端ERP”。。。
一、话题背景
企业应用领域除了GPT以外，这几天火热的话题是关于“擦亮火花，共创未来”文章。
里面全文引用了2月24日华为任总在华为组织部分获奖老师与专家的座谈会上的讲话摘录。
尽管是快一个月前的座谈讲话，此时此刻放出来，尤其是其中内容涉及中美对比，基础研究，科技与技术，企业与高校，人才培养，应用与创新等等话题，信息量还是非常巨大的，因此在社会上方方面面这两天还是很热烈的。

二、什么是“MetaERP”?
尤其是文中应用任总一段关于“ERP”的话题，引起了各方关注和解读。
我们来看一下谈话的上下文，任总是在讲到受到美国制裁，然后讲到“国产替代”中元器件的替代开发，任总的一番解读，算是公开确认已经去“Oracle EBS”。
任总提到“…已成功地证明MetaERP是有把握可以推广的…”，
这句话意思是准备在四月份进行誓师大会，然后官宣MetaERP要进行商业化?
亦或本次就是用任总的讲话做市场预热?
现在还不可知，单从有限的公开信息来看，MetaERP大概率是要市场化，当然详情可能要等到四月份誓师大会后，有更多的信息公开后再行评论。
不过基于任总的讲话，结合华为CIO陶总几个月前在公开场合关于“华为数字化”方面的演讲内容，其实也可以窥豹一斑。
陶总在讲话中提到企业现代化应用如何分层建设，原来传统的ERP，PDM，CRM的最终归宿：应用分层，解耦重组。
通过上述公开的信息，个人就MetaERP的情况，做几点归纳和大胆推测：
1，MetaERP是华为应对美国在各类元器件和Oracle类产品，譬如EBS，oracle数据库等无法提供原厂正常授权升级和补丁，甚至无法再进行二次开发授权情况下，被迫研发出来的企业管理系统。所以它并非要主动进入企业应用管理市场的产物。
2，华为自己在应用层面已经用MetaERP替代Oracle EBS，并且经历过业务全球推广，和年度财务结账的验证，至于内部是否有不同声音已经不重要了，因为任总说了，我们全球的账务处理在业界是非常复杂了，并且实践证明MetaERP是经过业务实战和年度结算考验。是成功的，行业其他家不用太担心，感觉有站台背书的意思。
3，MetaERP的数据库，可能换成了mysql或者华为自己的GaussDB，这个目前宣称是企业级是AI-Native，已经将AI能力植入到数据库内核的架构和算法中的分布式数据库。
4，MetaERP可运行在不同操作系统上面，除了业界各类主流的Linux、Windows以外向，应该也可以在华为自己的鸿蒙操作系统安装。
5，任总还提到华为自己的编译器和开发语言。编译器有很多种，暂不说。如果建立起华为自己单独的语言，这个就意味着华为要彻底建立起自己的生态，非常大的动作了。
不管怎么样，还有几天就四月份了，让我们拭目以待企业应用服务领域的石破天惊还是焚心忆言。

What is “MetaERP”?
In particular, Ren Zong’s paragraph about ERP has aroused attention and interpretation from all sides.
Let’s take a look at the context of the conversation. Ren always talked about being sanctioned by the United States, and then talked about the alternative development of components in the “domestic alternative”. Ren made a general explanation, which was a public confirmation that he had gone to “Oracle EBS”.
Mr. Ren mentioned that “… Has successfully proved that MetaERP is a sure thing…” .
This means that MetaERP will be commercialized after the pledge meeting in April?
Or this is to use Ren’s speech to preheat the market?
It is not known yet. Judging from the limited public information, MetaERP is likely to be marketized. Of course, the details may wait until April after the oath teachers’ meeting, when more information will be made public.

Based on the above public information, I would like to make several generalizations and bold speculations about MetaERP’s situation:
- MetaERP is an enterprise management system that Huawei was forced to develop in response to the fact that various components and Oracle products, such as EBS and oracle database, cannot be upgraded and patched with normal authorization from the original factory, or even cannot be authorized for secondary development. So it’s not an initiative to enter the enterprise application management market.
- At the application level, Huawei has replaced Oracle EBS with MetaERP, and has experienced global business promotion and annual financial settlement verification. As for whether there are different voices within the company, it is not important, because Manager Ren said that our global accounting processing is very complicated in the industry. And the practice has proved that MetaERP has passed the test of business practice and annual settlement. Is a success, the rest of the industry do not have to worry too much, feel the meaning of platform endorsement.
- The database of MetaERP may be replaced by mysql or Huawei’s own GaussDB. This distributed database, which claims to be enterprise-level and AI-native at present, has implanted AI capabilities into the architecture and algorithm of database kernel.
- MetaERP can run on different operating systems. In addition to mainstream Linux and Windows in the industry, MetaERP can also be installed on Huawei’s Hongmeng operating system.
