11月17日，九牧第1000万套智能马桶上线暨“绿色黑灯工厂”授牌仪式在福建省南安市九牧集团5G智能马桶工厂隆重举行。中国节能协会授予九牧5G智能马桶工厂全球首个“绿色黑灯工厂”认证。
一、什么是“绿色黑灯工厂”
在生产制造行业，“灯塔工厂”一直是企业智能制造水平高低的评判标准，这是一项基于国外企业的标准和规则来制定评选的称号。过去，由于中国的制造业起步晚、技术低，所以一直没有机会参与到国际标准的制定，更没有自己的标准体系。但经过改革开放几十年的发展，中国企业在科技制造、智能智慧、5G技术、绿色低碳等方面突飞猛进，很多领域都已遥遥领先国际水平！

走进九牧5G智能工厂，可以看到注塑、装配、质检、物流等卫浴产品生产过程均引入了信息化管理系统。138台不同用途的AGV小车往来各个车间，运送物料。在主要工序旁的看板上，设备运行、能耗管理等状态一目了然。同样高效运行的，还有仓储系统。借力5G与数字化赋能，技术人员通过手中的平板电脑实时监管这间半成品立体仓库运行状况。……与灯火通明、人声嘈杂的传统生产车间不同，智能马桶“灯塔工厂”内的工位上，各类机器人在流水线上有序运转，为数不多的工人监控着设备。
据介绍，在数智化加持下，九牧5G智能工厂每年可生产400万套智能马桶，品质合格率达99%，工厂生产效率提升67%，订单交付时效提升25%，物流运输效率提升45%，整体综合效率提升37%，工厂机器人占比50％，预计2025年实现工厂机器人占比80％，创造了全球卫浴行业数智化智造的示范样本。
而作为行业首创零碳工厂，九牧5G智能马桶灯塔工厂通过光伏发电、设计减排、节水减排，每年可减少碳排放18000吨，实现零碳目标。按照杭州西湖水量1500万吨测算，九牧5G智能马桶灯塔工厂每年节约用水超过一个西湖的水量，成为全球卫浴行业绿色发展标杆。
