5G融合应用正在从点状示范向规模化发展。云、大数据、AI与5G、5G-A等技术融合创新,赋能千行百业数字化转型,这种数字技术与实体经济深度融合形成的数字生产力,正逐渐成为数字经济发展的核心引擎。时值2023世界5G大会召开在即,《经济参考报·高端智造》特此推出系列报道“5G创新观察”,敬请关注。
一、河南:5G筑牢“数字中原”坚实底座
近日,记者跟随“看见数字中原——2023世界5G大会媒体探营活动”来到河南,先后走访金岭煤业、天瑞水泥、郑东新区CBD等地,深入一线进行实地调查采访,亲眼见证了5G、云、AI、大数据等数字技术对传统行业颠覆性的改变,切实感受到数字技术给经济发展带来的蓬勃脉动。
二、“机”进“人”退提速行业数智化
近千米深的矿井中,手持一部5G矿用本安手机,一线矿工就可以与地面进行高清视频通话;而在地面的调度中心,工作人员轻点鼠标,敲击键盘,就能操作生产全流程。
山高坡陡的露天水泥灰岩矿山上,通过5G网络远程控制的挖掘机,将矿石装载在无人矿卡上,而数里外的智能控制室,通过大屏幕上的矿山无人驾驶系统直播,无人矿卡的行驶情况、矿石运输数据一目了然。
同样的“机”进“人”退场景还发生在电力、制造等行业,智慧矿山、智慧电力、智能制造等产业数智化建设正以前所未有的速度改变着传统行业。
“连机器人都省了。”在金岭煤业调度中心,一位工作人员兴奋地告诉记者,过去在煤炭选矸环节,还需要机器人拣出煤矸石,如今智能选矸系统直接实现煤炭和矸石分离,而且更加精准高效。
据金岭煤业机电副总工程师沈祖林介绍,金岭煤业建设运营“一大脑、一张网、一张图”的智能应用系统,不仅实现了井上井下通讯无缝对接,而且实现了对煤矿主要设备的远程集控,实现了风险管控、隐患排查治理智能一体化管控,设备故障远程技术应用等。5G智能化系统的应用,让井下供电、皮带运输、排水、压风、辅助运输系统等设备实现了集中控制,综掘工作面单班作业人数减少30%,每日每班次入井人员减少38人,单班工效提高30%,初步实现了“机械化换人、自动化减人、智能化作业”的建设目标,为矿井达到高质量安全生产水平夯实了基础。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
天瑞集团郑州水泥有限公司王宗店水泥灰岩矿是露天矿山。统计数据显示,此前露天矿山重大安全事故多发生在运输环节。如今,5G网络让远程操控挖掘机、无人矿卡得以应用。记者从河南省人民政府网站获悉,河南将非煤矿山智能化建设作为解决矿山规模小、管理水平差、开采效率低的重要抓手,提升机械化开采、信息化监管、智能化预警能力,推进智能化换人、机械化减人。截至目前,全省5座露天矿山已基本实现作业无人化,10座露天矿山已基本实现铲装作业远程控制、建成智能综合管控平台,完成211个提升运输、通风排水等辅助系统智能化改造,完成1928个岗位无人化替代。
河南当地运营商也在加大力度先行先试5G前沿技术,大幅降低5G设备功耗及成本,为千行百业注入了数智化转型的新动能,为5G应用规模复制奠定了坚实的网络基础。据悉,河南移动在郑州成立了5G八大行业拓展团队,先后投入使用了5G+工业互联网、5G+智慧工厂、5G+智慧医疗等一大批示范项目,累计完成201个5G专网建设业务项目网络规划建设,其中11个项目入围国家部委5G垂直应用示范,在工业和信息化部组织的第六届5G绽放杯赛事中,斩获27个奖项,获得全省唯一的全国标杆赛金奖。
三、从“广”到“精”织密5G精品网
“上行速率达1088Mbps、下行速率达290Mbps。”在郑东新区CBD广场,参加2023世界5G大会媒体探营活动的记者对郑州5G网络质量进行了测评。
河南移动郑州分公司网络优化中心主任邵国林介绍,自2018年在郑州龙子湖智慧岛建设第一个5G基站以来,截至目前,河南移动郑州分公司已累计建设开通2.4万余个5G基站,实现了县城以上城区5G连续覆盖、行政村100%覆盖。如今,河南移动郑州分公司在广覆盖的基础上,通过因地制宜的个性化专业技术手段,对5G网络质量进行深度优化提升。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
通过强化宏微多站点协同体验一致性部署和室内外多频差异化组网策略,河南移动郑州分公司运用AI数智化网络优化手段,采用全生命周期管理模式,从被动式的故障处理转变为主动性的预防和管理模式,提高用户体验和服务可靠性,不断提升网络质量。
针对高铁、地铁、高速公路、医院、核心商圈、高校等重点场景,河南移动郑州分公司开展“金牌口碑场景”专项活动,确保“覆盖领先、感知领先、运行健康”,当前已实现重要交通枢纽、地铁、高速公路、核心商圈、医院、重点高校5G全覆盖。同时,河南移动郑州分公司引入功随车动、链式节能、定向切换等前沿技术,基本完成京广、郑万、郑徐、郑西、郑合、郑济、郑太等7条高铁5G专网建设,高铁日均流量较2022年同期提升125%,高铁线路5G网络信号稳定,语音通信顺畅,高清视频全程清晰流畅,沿途直播无卡顿,为高铁旅客提供了更加智能化、个性化的高品质5G专网服务。
“针对省会城市大型项目和经济活动多的特点,我们利用大数据分析、AI智能预警等手段,按照‘一场景一预案’制定详细保障措施,安排专人巡检盯防,24小时监测网络动态变化。同时,应急光缆、油机等保障资源一线待命,确保突发情况出现后第一时间恢复业务。”邵国林告诉记者,2023年以来,河南移动郑州分公司已完成239次省级以上活动的通信保障。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
时值2023河南省互联网大会正在郑州东区会展中心举办,河南移动郑州分公司提前成立应急保障团队,安排专人巡检、盯防,关键基站采取“一人一站”模式精准看护,技术人员在后台实时分析预测流量、话务变化,动态调整均衡网络负荷,切实保障与会人员数传、图文、通话、直播等各项业务流畅。邵国林透露,针对此次活动,河南移动郑州分公司共计部署应急通信车1辆、增加应急站11个、扩容站点14个、安排10组人员开展了12轮测试优化,保障通信网络的时时畅通。
四、先行先试5G-A谋篇行业未来
“矿井与中国移动、华为公司合作,先行先试5G-A技术,于2023年10月在全国率先实现矿井5G-A网络覆盖。”在金岭煤业,豫金能源总经理高同栓介绍。
“我们此次搭建的是业界先进的5G-A专网,即5.5G网络,经实测网络上行达1.1Gbps,能够满足100多路高清摄像头的视频回传。”河南移动郑州分公司政企部行业经理王子睿告诉记者,5G-A基站设备覆盖距离较原有5G基站设备提升50%以上,部署成本降低30%以上。5G-A专网具有万兆速率、确定性体验、全场景物联、通感一体等多项能力,可为高清视频通信、远程操控、巡检机器人等应用打下坚实的网络基础。
王子睿说,基于5G低时延的特性,将5G工业模组与采掘传输装备深度融合,通过部署在煤矿地面层的控制平台,即可实现煤矿采掘和生产中各类信息的实时交互和远程控制,进而让一线煤炭工人远离恶劣工作面。
智能采掘只是河南移动郑州分公司基于5G-A专网打造的5G应用之一。在金岭煤业,河南移动郑州分公司还为其打造了皮带巡视机器人应用和5G+AI主煤流识别分析应用。
据介绍,皮带巡视机器人本体内装载了粉尘、氧气、一氧化碳、可燃气体、硫化氢、温湿度、噪声、火情及防碰撞等多种传感器,并配备有高清摄像镜头和红外热成像仪,可360°全方位对输煤皮带整条生产线的环境进行监测,精准识别各种安全隐患和事故风险,实时感知煤矿安全态势,完成告警与异常事件处理流程,减少人工错检、漏检、安全等问题,大大降低人工巡检成本。
5G+AI主煤流识别分析应用则可及时发现胶带机空载、有人落入、异物落入、纵向撕裂等情况,也可对皮带机进行在线X光检测,及时发现皮带接头拉伸、皮带腐蚀、钢丝断裂等隐患,还可对皮带机进行震动检测,及时发现皮带机异常。“一旦监测到意外情况,后台相关人员就能第一时间收到信息,安排工作人员快速处理,避免出现重大事故。”王子睿说。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
河南移动郑州分公司还在矿井智能物联网的基础上打造了金岭煤业智能调度指挥平台。该平台可对综采、掘进、自动化设备、能耗进行全方位数据收集和接口管理,并通过对“设备+车辆+环境+人员+地测”数据的有效关联、挖掘和处理,形成大数据分析,进而对设备及井下情况作出综合智能决策处理。
接下来,河南移动郑州分公司将继续以5G-A DMN技术为基座,联合华为推出煤矿“小快灵”方案,为5G在矿山上的应用提供标准方案,助力矿山5G应用快速上线应用,将5G智慧矿山建设向更深层次、更广领域推进,提高矿山企业生产效率,节省人工成本,保障矿山生产安全,促进科技创新成果转化,实现传统矿山向智能化、数字化转型的新飞跃。
此外,作为5G-A最重要技术之一,RedCap可提升5G物联网性能并显著降低能耗和成本。国网河南省电力公司信息通信分公司通信运检中心李永杰博士告诉记者,目前河南电网非常看好5G RedCap在电力上的应用前景,为助力河南电网5G应用的降本增效,河南电网在业界率先进行了5G Redcap在电力行业应用的测试验证,目前已联合华为、中国移动、南瑞、智芯等公司,在洛阳和郑州地区进行了5G Redcap的测试验证。在用电环节和配电环节的测试验证表明,5G Redcap可以基本满足时延、带宽需求,证明了轻量化、低成本的5G RedCap在电力行业规模化商用的可行性。随着RedCap等5G轻量化技术的成熟,可大幅降低电力行业5G应用成本,推动电力行业5G规模化应用。据透露,截至2025年,河南电网将在全省域内部署2.8万个5G通信单元。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
面向未来,河南移动还将推进“连接+算力+能力”数智化基础设施建设,全力赋能千行百业数字化转型,释放数字技术对经济发展的放大、叠加、倍增效应,助力数字经济提速发展,助推智慧矿山、智慧电力、智能制造、智慧商圈等数智化建设再上新台阶。
五、上海:打造5G应用“扬帆之城”
截至今年10月底,上海已拥有近9万个5G基站,5G正在赋能千行百业数字化转型和高质量发展。目前,上海以“建”为先,以“用”为本,以“研”为根,努力打造5G应用“扬帆之城”,预计到“十四五”期末,上海将成为5G网络部署和融合应用的全球标杆城市。
六、以“建”为先“满格”保障应用创新
上海市通信管理局最新数据显示,截至目前,上海5G基站占移动通信基站的比重为38.1%,5G基站的建设密度为平均每平方公里14.2个、平均每万人36.5个,5G移动用户渗透率达71.1%,这些指标居全国前列。
上海正全面推进5G网络深度覆盖“满格上海”行动计划,实现“市域做全、重点做深”,构建立体覆盖、快速响应、灵活智能的5G网络连接能力。
一方面,上海加大5G网络在中心城区、东西部重点功能区域和五个新城的部署力度,进一步提升重点区域的通信基站、通信管道和通信机房的规模部署和基础服务能级。例如,中国电信上海公司积极推进地铁区间隧道的5G建设,在上海轨道交通4号线创新性推出“车地系统”覆盖方案,采用定制化、小型化的车载无线基站,制定个性化的车载电源模块、车载隐蔽天线,使用可拆式盲插光缆,预计到2023年底,将实现5G网络在地铁4号线全线正式运营。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
另一方面,上海持续提升5G网络在特色商圈、历史风貌区、“一江一河”沿岸等区域的深度覆盖;推动5G网络全面融入社区生活;进一步筑牢农村地区的“双千兆”数字底座。
据介绍,上海各界努力推动5G网络助力城市数字化转型的场景涵盖机关、医院、校园、文旅、交通、园区等。上海计划在2023年完成37家市级医院及部分人流量大的重点医院的5G网络全覆盖以及“5G+急诊救治、远程诊断、远程治疗”等典型应用上线;完成全市高校和重点中小学5G网络全覆盖,推进“5G+互动教学、智能考试、智慧校园”应用上线;在文化旅游重点区域通过提升区域内5G网络覆盖水平,有力支撑“5G+智慧景区、VR(虚拟现实)全景直播”等应用;推进5G网络基础设施与交通基础设施的深度融合、共建共享。
同时,上海正推进5G行业虚拟专网建设,赋能城市管理、车联网示范应用、智能制造、航空航海等领域。推动5G专网接入新型互联网交换中心,支持“5G+多云互联”的融合创新场景。
七、以“用”为本向生产核心环节渗透
记者从第六届“绽放杯”5G应用征集大赛上海区域优秀项目路演暨推广大会上获悉,上海的相关项目斩获第六届“绽放杯”3项全国赛一等奖、2项全国赛二等奖和1项标杆赛金奖。案例表明,上海5G应用逐渐向生产核心环节渗透。
在钢铁领域,中国电信上海公司联合宝钢股份等单位打造5.5G高可靠专网,助力宝钢引领绿色钢铁“智”造项目。据中国电信上海公司有关负责人介绍,经过4年探索,目前已在宝钢上线五大类104个5G应用场景。随着应用逐步深入生产环节,中国电信上海公司助力宝钢持续探索5.5G专网在智慧钢铁中的应用,上线了5.5G云化PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)、“5.5G+AI”废钢定级、PIot(无源物联)物料盘点以及钢表面质检4项创新应用场景,实现高端PLC100%国产化。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
中国移动上海产业研究院政府事务总监冯晓强介绍,中国移动也联合宝钢股份,以“5G+固移融合信息模型”为基座,打造5G固移融合的智能生产运决中心和全局设备态势感知体系,有效降低运管维成本和双碳排放量,全面提升人均钢产量。
在制造业领域,上海联通携手施耐德电气探索多点跨域固移融合5G专网和5G工业控制网络的深度融合,打造了一套模块化、平台化的5G应用建设体系,包括“5G+PLC柔性制造”“5G+天眼辅助管理”“5G+数字孪生智能决策”等,助力实现施耐德电气供应链数智化升级,推动5G应用逐步从物流控制等生产外围辅助环节向生产控制等核心环节深化拓展。据介绍,相关项目推动PLC利用率提升到85%,带来单条产线每年120万元的直接经济效益。
中国电信上海公司联合江南造船厂,以焊接场景为突破口,利用5G焊接机器人协同作业提升效率,解决因焊接不同步、不精确造成的受力差异,避免作业过程中钢板报废,由点及面的全流程智能焊接,让企业降本增效。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
在文旅领域,中共一大纪念馆与中国联通联合出品“数字一大元宇宙”,项目内容以中共一大会址及上海各红色遗址为基础,基于5G、算力、AI、元宇宙等云网算安数用一体化能力,拓展红色纪念馆服务外延,形成线上线下融合共生的红色文化体验讲述平台。
根据上海《5G应用“海上扬帆”行动计划(2022-2023年)》,到2023年年底,上海大型工业企业5G应用渗透率达到35%以上;车联网、智能航运、智能机器人等领域5G应用实现规模化复制推广。上海教育、医疗和文旅行业5G应用渗透率超过30%。上海还将打造5G融合应用公共平台。
八、以“研”为根打造5G应用“上海样本”
工业和信息化部在2023年中国5G发展大会上宣布,正式启动5G应用“扬帆之城”行动,面向地级及以上城市,根据5G用户普及率、5G网络流量接入占比、重点行业用户比例以及每万人拥有5G基站数和出台5G支持政策数量等方面开展综合评估,促进各地加大力度推动5G在各重点领域应用,加快5G应用从点状示范向规模化发展。
上海市副市长陈杰在2023年中国5G发展大会上介绍,上海将在三个方面继续推进5G网络建设:一是优化资源配置,建设一流的基础设施,将加快部署5G网络,加快发展万兆到户试点,到2026年成为全国网速最快、覆盖最全、时延最低的城市之一;二是重点集聚智能制造、无人驾驶等产业的需求,创新网络的架构运营模式,努力打造一批“5G+”超级应用,依托“绽放杯”“光华杯”等遴选出来的更多优质的上海应用案例,助力行业转型发展;三是加快核心技术的研发和标准的研制,在超高速、光纤传输、下一代光网络技术等方面持续加大研发投入,力争引领产业的发展。 数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
