美的重庆水机工厂引入了iBUILDING碳管理系统,协同数字化平台的其他各个应用,助力实现从建筑到园区,从区域到企业的整体低碳绿色转型。美的楼宇科技水机产品公司工艺负责人王晓峰介绍,整园改造分为“绿色能源、设备替换、精益数字化管理、零碳认证”四大部分。
据悉,在建筑中暖通设备能耗约占楼宇能耗60%。对此,园区通过蒸发冷高效空调取代老旧的干式螺杆机组,功效提升56%,每年节约11.2万度电,同时变频空压机替代定频空压机,每年节约12万度电,在生产制造环节也着力优化生产工艺,以离心机的产品探伤工艺环节为例,采用DR数字探伤取代原本洗片探伤,每年能节约6.4万度电。
同时为提供清洁“绿电”,园区还巧妙运用了建筑墙体、屋顶空间来设计光伏幕墙,年度发电210万度,园区绿电占比提升到19%。二期建成后,光伏发电将达到每年620万度,绿电占比达到55%,抵消碳排5323吨,彻底实现碳中和。
