随着2016,2017年以后,整个汽车行业处于快速的调整期,在这个调整期里面呈现了三个比较大的特点。
第一个特点是市场的容量在逐步的减少。特别是今年2020年,预计整个汽车行业的市场可能在全球要下滑16%,中国要稍微好一点,预计会下滑10%,这么大的一个变化带来的压力是非常大的。
第二个特点是在汽车行业里面,由于特斯拉,Uber甚至是滴滴新势力的介入让这个行业的产品特征商业模式发生巨大的变化,智能化,网联化,电动化,共享化成为新的发展趋势,对传统企业来讲也是面临巨大的挑战。
第三个特点是疫情,这一轮的疫情让整个的汽车行业在一个半月的时间处于停摆的状态,对供给侧的影响也是非常巨大的。
中国应对疫情的过程当中反应速度非常好,恢复的也非常好,这里面带来了很多的机遇和挑战。复工复产这几个月大家非常的繁忙和辛苦,但是也看到很多的机遇,比如说供应链体系在这一轮疫情当中得到很多的重构和调整,中国市场在全球的地位得到进一步提升。这次疫情让整个行业的在线化得到了很大的提高,这对CIO来说是一个非常好的机遇。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
在后疫情时代,行业会更加关注新零售,智能制造,自动驾驶,无人驾驶以及产品的健康化等等多个以数字化为核心的新的领域,以数字化手段的行业变革在快速地推进,比如无接触式的线上的互动的传播营销手段变成新的热点。直播由于受众面更广,互动性更强,以及成本更低的模式在营销当中成为了新的宠儿。无人驾驶因为非直接接触,在这次疫情的物流当中应用越来越广泛,NGO5的这种理念也催生了健康汽车的诞生,所以说数字化手段的行业变革已经在加快的发生。
面对这么一个行业的变化和消费的变化,我们有一个新的归零思考,在这种情况下要通过思想的解放,变革的开展来进一步构建数字化经营的新能力,当效力打造成核心竞争力,努力实现公司新一轮高质量的发展,以及品牌的提升。
这一轮的提升需要怎么做呢?胡朝晖提出了一个观点,“全面以客户为中心”,“以产品和服务为主线”,“以经营为目标”,实现品牌的提升和高质量的发展。手段和路径是重点推进5个在线,客户在线、产品在线、业务在线、管理在线、全员在线。
首先我们的转型全面以客户为中心,首先实现的是客户在线,在客户在线当中,特别强调的就是要从过去的经营产品向经营客户进行转型,目标就是全方位全渠道全连接的进行直达,精准的为客户服务,大部分的提升营销的效率。
产品在线始终坚持以提供时尚,智能,绿色,愉悦的产品为目标。通过客户的大数据分析,精准的掌握了用户的需求,并成功的体现在产品设计当中,让产品的诸多细节里面能够越来越吸引年轻客户。
另外一个方面做好业务在线,比如说研发方面,缩短开发周期,然后快速地响应市场方向,大量的采用在线化研发,并行研发等,以及仿真计算等一些先进的数字化工具,整个的研发周期缩短了30%,成本得到了大幅度的下降,同时整个价值链市场的反应速度也得到了有效的提高。
所谓管理在线就是让各个管理层能够高效地决策,能够精准地理性的决策,同时控制风险。这种数据说话的管理习惯有效地帮助整个公司决策更加科学化,更加理性化,也降低了企业的经营风险。
最后一个特别强调的是要做数字化转型,文化是最重要的,文化的问题要解决,重点是要解决人的问题,所以说在整个数字化转型当中必须推进全员在线,这里面就包括员工、供应商、经销商,以及合作伙伴大生态的在线化,让在线化,数字化深入到每个人的工作和生活。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

The two-day ECIO 2020 East China CIO Conference was successfully held in Shanghai. There are five venues in the two days of this conference. After 2016 and 2017, the entire automobile industry is in a period of rapid adjustment, in which there are three major characteristics.
The first feature is the gradual reduction in market capacity. Especially in 2020, it is estimated that the market of the entire automobile industry may decline by 16% globally, and China is slightly better, it is expected to decline by 10%. The second feature is that in the automobile industry, due to the intervention of Tesla, Uber and even Didi, the product features and business model of this industry have undergone great changes. Intelligence, networking, electrification and sharing have become the new development trend, which is also a huge challenge for traditional enterprises.
The third feature is the epidemic. This round of epidemic makes the entire automobile industry in a state of shutdown for one and a half months, and the impact on the supply side is also very huge.
China’s response to the epidemic has been very rapid and the recovery has been very good, which has brought many opportunities and challenges.
It has been a very busy and hard few months since the resumption of work and production, but we also see a lot of opportunities. For example, the supply chain system has been restructured and adjusted in this round of COVID-19, and the status of the Chinese market in the world has been further improved. The pandemic has made the entire industry much more online, which is a great opportunity for CIOs.
In the post-epidemic era, the industry will pay more attention to new retail, intelligent manufacturing, autonomous driving, driverless driving and the health of products, and many other new fields with digitalization as the core. The industry reform with digital means is advancing rapidly. For example, the interactive communication and marketing means of contactless online has become a new hot spot. Livestreaming has become the new darling of marketing due to its wider audience, more interactive and lower cost model. Because of the non-direct contact, driverless driving has been increasingly widely used in the logistics of this epidemic. This concept of NGO5 also gave birth to the birth of healthy cars. In the face of such changes in the industry and consumption, we have a new return to zero thinking. In this case, we should emancipate our minds and carry out reforms to further build new capabilities of digital operation, and strive to achieve a new round of high-quality development of the company and brand promotion when effectiveness becomes the core competitiveness.
What does this round of promotion entail?
Hu Zhaohui put forward a point of view, “comprehensive customer as the center”, “products and services as the main line”, “management as the goal”, to achieve brand promotion and high-quality development. The means and path is to focus on promoting five online, customer online, product online, business online, management online, all staff online.
First of all, our transformation is customer-centric, and the first thing is to realize the customer online.
In the customer online, the special emphasis is to transform from the past operating products to operating customers. The goal is to carry out a full range of omni-channel and fully connected direct, accurate customer service, and improve the efficiency of marketing.
Products online always adhere to the goal of providing fashionable, intelligent, green, pleasant products. Through the big data analysis of customers, we have accurately grasped the needs of users, and successfully reflected in the product design, so that many details of the product can attract more and more young customers.
On the other hand, we can do a good job in online business.
For example, in R & D, we can shorten the development cycle, quickly respond to the market direction, adopt a large number of online R & D, parallel R & D, as well as some advanced digital tools such as simulation computing. The whole R & D cycle has been shortened by 30%, and the cost has been greatly reduced. At the same time, the reaction speed of the whole value chain market has been effectively improved.
The so-called online management is to enable each management to make efficient decisions, to make accurate and rational decisions, and to control risks at the same time. This management habit of speaking data effectively helps the whole company to make decisions more scientific and rational, and also reduces the business risk of the enterprise.
