陈荣富指出，数据空间具有理念先进、架构完备、场景普适、技术包容、全球事实标准等特点，使其能够完善中国数据流通的体系架构并提供更丰富的场景支持能力。在理念方面，数据空间的三位一体理念具有开创性，在商业层面是基于熟人环境的数据协作新模式，在技术层面是对物理上分散的数据进行集成的新路线，在法律层面是能够遵循各种相关法律并进行自我约束的数据监管新对象。在架构方面，数据空间由基础技术、“硬”设施、“软”环境组成三层一框的综合性架构。在场景方面，数据空间能应用在数据交换、数据交易、横向联盟、垂直联盟这类常规应用模式，也能应用在内部数据共享和跨境数据流通这几类新型应用模式。在技术方面，具有严密的三重数字身份认证、标准的产品发布与市场服务、灵活高效的数据主权处理以及多重机制的安全保障措施，是一种包容性开放的工程实现技术。在标准化方面，IDSA逐渐被美国、日本、中国等大国接受，ISO也在研究怎样把数据空间的概念、需求与架构国际标准化，2022年底已经启动标准化预研项目。从多方面的情况来看，数据空间正在成为数据流通全球事实标准。此外，结合中国国情，数据流通需求以数据是否可控、数据是否可见二个维度划分为四个象限，除了在不可见的情形下，数据空间需要结合隐私计算技术融合使用，数据空间技术几乎适用于所有场景，因此数据空间的出现，能够丰富中国的数据流通场景并增强对这些场景的支持能力。中国数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
