爱康科技:光伏行业的“MES数智队”,用技术持续降本

我国光伏产业全面平价时代日益临近,业内普遍认为,对于降本压力不断增加的光伏行业来说,不仅要关注设备环节,更要考虑到非硬件环节的降本,数字化、智能化转型将是保持竞争力的一条有效路径。宋培培也认为,要实现我国光伏行业全生命周期的可持续发展,光伏行业持续探索降本,亟需引入数字化、智能化手段。

一、数字爱康,技术赋能,持续降本

爱康科技忠于高效、专注品质、矢志创新,从研发到生产,借助数字化手段、与业内顶尖厂商协作,持续推进提质降本增效。在不久前结束的第十四届SNEC展会上,爱康科技发布了“逐梦者 Hi-Chaser”五大组件系列新品及山、智、雅固定支架、追踪支架及新材料支架系列新品。此次战略级新品的发布,代表着爱康科技以高效电池、差异化组件制造基地为核心,支架、边框制造基地为支撑的战略新方向,通过规模、技术领先助力光伏实现平价上网,赢得市场竞争。

宋培培表示,基于集团整体的战略规划,爱康科技近几年陆续落地了多个对内、对外数字化项目,涵盖了集团、各板块的不同业务领域。

2018年,爱康科技在集团客户授信管理领域,与风控、运营部门一起探索、构建了风控测算模型,通过CRM平台实施、实现了客户授信管理的数字化。

在配件制造板块,爱康科技导入了“电子化供应链”管理,从供应商准入、合同签订、采购下单、发货通知以及收货到付款,实现了业务全流程在线协作,通过SRM、BPM、ERP等几个主要系统平台的打通,有效提升了整体供应链的效率。

2019年,配件板块进一步实施了智能仓储系统,彻底解决了传统作业模式中的管理痛点:通过RFID应用、批次管理、与ERP无缝集成、智能库位推荐等技术手段,有效控制仓库风险、提升仓库精益化管理水平。

2020年,集团IT又联手系统集成板块业务部门,以长兴工厂为战略试点基地,打造了光伏组件“数智工厂”。第一阶段以设备自动化、MES系统为基础,进行业务再造、功能模块叠加优化,目前已经取得了阶段性成果,导入上线了“数据采集管理模块”。

宋培培介绍,这一功能模块是由爱康科技内部团队自主研发实现的。她认为,对于降本压力不断增加的光伏行业来说,数字化、智能化转型将是保持竞争力的一条有效路径。对于光伏企业而言,要实现我国光伏行业全生命周期的可持续发展,亟需引入数字化、智能化手段,重点从精细化管理、智能决策支持、降本增效、提升客户满意度等方面着手,加速产业数字化进程。

二、爱康“MES数智队”:敏捷、高效、务实

企业数字化转型是:以价值创新为目的,用数字技术驱动业务变革的企业发展战略。宋培培表示,从这个概念,我们可以明确数字化转型的目的、动力、对象、本质以及定位,爱康科技也将会围绕转型目的去规划实现路径。企业及信息化负责人需要围绕如何提升运营效率、如何创造新价值等问题进行深度思考,结合自身情况,制定企业下一步的发展规划。
