忙碌的生产车间里,拉伸、成型、封箱、码垛等环节全部被机器人代替,它们不停地挥动着机械臂,让42秒出一口锅成为了现实;空旷的立体仓库前,只有寥寥几个人,不用人工配送,只要通过扫码,仓库就能自动识别所有原材料和成品,将原材料通过输送线运往各个车间,并将成品输送回仓库;明亮的两层食堂里,不用人工结算,只要员工把选好的菜品放在收银台前,就能通过餐具里的芯片,完成自动结算。
这是记者在爱仕达股份有限公司里看到的场景,数字化、智能化贯穿了每一个环节。作为2021年浙江省20家“未来工厂”之一,在这里,可以遇见未来的生产和生活。
“这里使用了500台钱江机器人、1000余条成套自动化智能生产线。7个分厂从投入到产出独立运行,相互协同,各分厂的自动模具库、快速换模系统以及岛式分段物流模式,使多品种混线生产效率大大提高,生产线与自动仓库无缝对接,实现了拉动式生产管理,有效提高厂房利用效率。通过SCADA、ERP、PLM、SRM、APS、MES、WMS等七大系统深度集成,生产过程实行全流程、全要素数字化管理。”爱仕达副总经理张小毛说。
在他看来,未来工厂主要体现在智能化上,而智能化的核心在于自动化。“事实上,早在2010年,爱仕达就开始尝试用自动化设备代替人工。2013年,爱仕达花了350万欧元左右,从意大利引进一条辊淋涂线,实现了多个环节一个车间、一个流程的自动化生产。”而这也是爱仕达智能工厂最初的模样。
从单台自动化设备,到自动化流水线,再到如今的智能工厂;从人工管理,到信息化、标准化管理,再到如今实现全流程数字化管理。爱仕达未来工厂打破了许多传统的生产方式,让生产效率平均提高22.46%,运行成本平均降低23.16%,产品不良率平均降低30.5%,单位产值能耗平均降低21.1%,产品升级周期缩短34.8%,实现了从规模效益向技术效益、管理效益、质量效益、品牌效益的转变,实现了“两流”(人流、物流)更通畅、“两型”(资源节约型、环境友好型)更进步、“两减”(减员、减负)更奏效、“两化”(国产智能化、国产装备化)更到位和劳动条件更改善的目标。
