智建云助力龙湖集团信息化新体系

龙湖集团在集团会议后定下了企业信息化战略,工程和信息部专人成立项目组,调研近20家同行企业与技术供方后,选定先APP后BIM的发展路线,龙建APP的规划初见雏形。龙建集团提出自己的构想,与智建云强强联合,给龙建APP一个清晰的价值定位,从技术选型到APP的技术规划,再到研发后的试点验证,最终全面上线投入使用,见证了龙建APP跨越式的三个阶段。

一、前期试点

龙湖集团在打造工程协同管理平台时面临着效率低、执行难、管理难的三大主要问题,项目管理的好坏在很大程度依赖个人能力、工作主动性和项目人力投入上。

未进行信息化前,龙湖集团无法实时掌握现场项目的具体情况,难以及时发现所管控项目风险;传统的项目过程管理较为粗放,质量、安全、进度管理不够精细,大量存在工期浪费、返工维修、安全疏漏等问题,侵蚀企业利润。

龙湖集团详细调研了现有企业级5D-BIM体系运作模式以及现有企业级APP工程协同管理软件运作模式,二者都无法完全实现龙湖集团的设想。

现有企业级5D-BIM应用多集中复杂单一项目上,没有普通民用住宅及企业级应用的成熟模式及案例,项目体量大、工程复杂度高、项目周期紧,对项目执行要求很高,并缺乏对项目可量化的监管机制,缺少系统性数据积累和分析,工作量较大,短时间内难以实现。

而现有企业级APP工程协作软件多集中在质量管理模块,进度及成本维度成熟应用很少,为概念的实现提高了难度。

二、解决方案

智建云认真分析了龙湖集团的需求,向龙湖集团提供了系统性的工程管理解决方案,将5D-BIM体系与APP工程协同管理平台进行大量的数据分析与比对,将二者有机结合在一起,形成完整闭环,达到1加1大于2的效果。

The solution
