龙湖集团在集团会议后定下了企业信息化战略，工程和信息部专人成立项目组，调研近20家同行企业与技术供方后，选定先APP后BIM的发展路线，龙建APP的规划初见雏形。龙建集团提出自己的构想，与智建云强强联合，给龙建APP一个清晰的价值定位，从技术选型到APP的技术规划，再到研发后的试点验证，最终全面上线投入使用，见证了龙建APP跨越式的三个阶段。

一、前期试点
龙湖集团在打造工程协同管理平台时面临着效率低、执行难、管理难的三大主要问题，项目管理的好坏在很大程度依赖个人能力、工作主动性和项目人力投入上。
未进行信息化前，龙湖集团无法实时掌握现场项目的具体情况，难以及时发现所管控项目风险；传统的项目过程管理较为粗放，质量、安全、进度管理不够精细，大量存在工期浪费、返工维修、安全疏漏等问题，侵蚀企业利润。
龙湖集团详细调研了现有企业级5D-BIM体系运作模式以及现有企业级APP工程协同管理软件运作模式，二者都无法完全实现龙湖集团的设想。
现有企业级5D-BIM应用多集中复杂单一项目上，没有普通民用住宅及企业级应用的成熟模式及案例，项目体量大、工程复杂度高、项目周期紧，对项目执行要求很高，并缺乏对项目可量化的监管机制，缺少系统性数据积累和分析，工作量较大，短时间内难以实现。

二、解决方案
