电子债权凭证是为核心企业产业链上广大企业提供的全新的结算方式，是为中小企业提供高效便捷的融资新渠道。
此次建龙集团和中金云创共同搭建的电子债权凭证多级流转平台是依托建龙集团良好的信用体系，基于核心企业应付账款线上确权实现电子债权凭证的持有、拆分、流转、融资等目标，旨在通过搭建产融数字服务平台开展产业供应链金融业务，盘活产业链存量资产，优化产业供应链管理效能，提升产业链企业服务满意度。
